Alright ive done steps one through eleven...

but my phone isnt showing up like in the picture of the example.

when i plug in my phone to the computer with my usb now i get a pop up that says FOUND NEW HARDWARE. (originally my phone would just charge)

is this why my phone isnt showing up in step 11?

I click on the pop up and do an automatic search but then i get a message that says "the hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software"

what should I do im stuck
 
Like I said, my phone wont show up in step 11 and I've done all of the steps to get to that point. I'm not rooted.

my computer doesn't recognize my phone even thoug the usb is plugged in Snugly to both ends.

The website does not help me out on this. And I'm stuck!
Its also debugged

First off, that looks beautiful. For being so filled on many screens, it looks super clean. KUDOS!

Secondly,
How did you install the transparent widgets? I went to the site you linked, and I tried installing the mod, which didn't work. Then I noticed that we have to uninstall LP in order to implement this mod... when reinstalling LP, will it automatically have the LPP I paid for through the back-up?

ya. you gotta uninstall the current widget first then install the modded one. for LPP, just re-enter the key through the settings and it should work
 
so uh..... is ANYBODY gonna help me out with my problem??

i plug in my phone and my computer doesnt recognize it.

(Read my previous posts on last page i dont feel like rewriting everything from scratch or copying and pasting again...its all there already)

what do i do!!

and the website referral doesnt fix the problem i have, the website mentions nothing of this!!!!

You'd be better served by starting your own thread for this issue versus hijacking a thread that is for people posting screenshots of their phone's home screens. ;) Some people might be hesitant about derailing a thread with off-topic posts.

well when i asked how to post a screen shot you posted a link.
I went to the link and did what it said to do, and got stuck with a part not mentioned on the website.

so technically you acknowledged the hijacking by posting the link.
i got stuck and went back to the source a.k.a this particular thread seeking help.


good news is I discovered that theres currently someone with the same problem as me over in trouble shooting

thanks for redirecting me atleast i didnt know there was a troubleshooting sub forum
 
In honor of comicon NYC i made the first half of my home screens into a functional comic strip i hope u like it i worked hard on it

ALL OF THE PANNELS ARE FUNCTIONING INDIVIDUAL WIDGETS
thank u to the forums here at this site for the dimensions and visualizer for the program

Heh, I'll answer, and post a new version of that shot...

Weather is -> Weather forecast widget (note that the free version can't be skinned, but the 'donate key' is only $1.36).

Clock is -> Digital Cock Widget (free and very customizable, imo).

Battery is -> BattStatt (I had to place the widget twice to get one transparent - not sure if that's just me or a known bug!).

The Config strip is -> SwitchPro ( $.99 and well worth it - very customizable and lets you pretty much hide your notification bar in terms of turning things on and off).

I may yet change the colors...I originally had the green for when the notification bar WAS visible, because Lookout has a very green icon. But...with the notification bar hidden now, I could go with pretty much any colors I want. And I may yet! :D
