Root [/~PROJECT FM RADIO~\] The quest to enable the built-in FM Radio!

Wow this is eery
Check sound
No sound Make phone crash
Oneshot
Disable

Whatever app the didnt givr us must have used etc/snd_soc_msm

It sounds like this isng a problem here but others trying to do what were doing have had to turn on bluetooth
Infact one of the fm apps i had did infact turn on .bluetooth
I wonder if other phones with the same chip have fm enable and already have what we,need
I never thought about it but i am gonns assume bluetooth me use frequency modulation
Bluetooth an broadcast radio on the same chip
They are both fm jusy different frequencies. Thats why the chip has walkie talkie type function its just bluetoith with voice.
The stock command that you run from terminal somewhere there is a gui or app like way to access
Ehats it called 4vl2
2g can you share the lte enabler maybe the fm app
I assumr you got the lib ftom alsa

I downgraded to version c then fsctory reset
Fotgot to move stuff to ext sd
Wiped my collection of stuff for this
I had a bookmark for a post audio was corrected by changing registers in the hardware using adb

Why does odex or dex make a difference .anybody know

Quick, silly question: can i safely flash that anthrax kernel into my phone? Should i? Dumb question?

Can somebody check something
Those who get signal
Open fmconfig
Enable
Does it show anything listed for qsoc or driver version ?

Thanks i havd a qsoc patch
I wish i knew more theres all kindd of stuff on git, code aurara. But no explanation
Because out phone is locked they are on other phones
Everything we are struggling with they havd acomplished already

Did anyone notice in build prop at least version c
Lpa decode has a line true and a line false ?

Not exactly sure about it
Low power audio
Pretty sure fm feature uses it

I would bet there is fm stuff in some of the framework jars
People with other phone models had modified them to get everything runninf

After Googling stuff, trying stuff and unbricking about Five times a day for the past 3 days with no avail, I'm starting to think we may need to mess around with the framework jars to get this going like rhino said...

Thoughts?

I downloaded that
Dont know what everhthing means
But it looks like they have fm recieving and transmitting enabled

I would check the build. Prop of a phone that actually uses the FM radio functionally to see if theirs lines added to perhaps change a Bluetooth and/or radio setting that may cause them to conflict with each thus crashing the Bluetooth/audio/FM drivers causing a morningcall (crash). I have so far moved my desktop but not desk. I'm hoping to jump in on this soon. Perhaps more info on the lte2 activation?

Code:
#add to build.prop for radio
BOARD_HAVE_FM_RADIO=true
BOARD_GLOBAL_CFLAGS=-DHAVE_FM_RADIO

It's started forcing my phone to accept FM players.
