You're missing somethings...You have no mms, you have no roaming and your battery life is probably terrible...right?

Yes u right i dont have mms and when i out zone its not work no roaming but if use roaming they charge extra for that
But how get back that things
U not mention aboit zte n861 sequent it can easy root as u said not jb version so what solution u think use any jb rom i saw some boost mobile have jb rom for that

If you make a factory reset in recovery and flash THIS, you will have mms and roaming and your cpu will scale normaly instead of just running at max spped all the time. This will help you make it through the day without charging your phone twice.. ;)

As for the jb on the public mobile version of the N861, I'm working on it but the b11 rom requires a bootloader update that comes with a radio update... If you flash the b11 rom without the new bootloader, you get a blue flickering screen issue. And if you flash the update, you can't connect to the public mobile network unless you flash prl but even then no mms and roaming... but I'm working on it and hopefully Public Mobile will have a release of the jb rom soon...
 
So I got B11 to boot without the blue screen issue! :) I used the patch folder and the patch lines to patch my firmware and it worked like a charm! working on mms and roaming now :)

Disregard... it came back... :(

I flash ur file on the top boost Rom and I see mms is work that's great thanks a lot buddy so that means if I use boost Rom so I always flash this file for mms and roaming
So u are working on zte n 861 in advance before release this way when they release u all the things good job thanks

Hi, I tried it but wanted to return to the stage it was before I tried this. I did a backup using the clockwork recovery with the original recovery img. but when I apply my old backup the recovery didnt change it still cwm.. I do have the img image made with the backup tool, can i flash it using fastboot? if yes how can I do it please

yes with the "fastboot flash recovery" command. So it didn't put the stock recovery back? Parle-tu francais?

I tried:
adb reboot bootloader

fastboot flash recovery c:\recovery.img (I put the img from the backup)

sending OKAY
but write stay there and never finish ..

had ti CTRL-C and reflash the mod recovery
 
I know, but i'm a public mobile agent in store, if they release an update I need to do it and it wont work with this recovery
 
I have a flashable stock recovery image and I'll post it later.. no stress :)

HERE is the stock recovery for the PMI_N861_B07. I actually made this but it is identical to the original.
 
Thanks but how come you have 07 version, mine is 06 i bought it when we received it on friday.. Can you send me the entire 07 image?
