Root Quadrant Froyo benchmark speeds....post em up here...

Is anyone seeing increasing results with this benchmark and the 2.2 ROMs? the best I could get @ 1.1 GHz on BB V0.1 a few days ago was in the 1530 range (I would do 2-3 tests as the first test seems a little slower than subsequent tests). Now, I am scoring around 1600 after a few days of use. I have also noticed that my phone seems to run better everyday than it did the last.

Just seems like Froyo gets better with age??? This is opposite from my experiences with ROMs on 2.1 and 2.0. Anyone else? Feature of JIT possibly?

My highest score was 1404 running BBeast 0.1 and Jake's 1GHz kernel.

Real world, I have a super smooth Droid. It's incredibly fast, no lag, DLs fast, net renders fast, everything is just beautiful. Run's very cool, haven't seen it get to 100F yet. And I've gotten a great increase in my battery life since I've been on 2.2. In 3 hours off the charger, I'm at 90% and that's w/ some internet traffic and email exchanging. Yesterday, I never got below 60% after a full day (w/ admitted low use)!

This is with my very heavy Sweeter Home 2 theme, with 20 widgets running.

1.1Ghz scoring in 1500's. 1535 latest. I was running at 700Mhz and that seemed plenty quick though, somewhere near the shadow. OC has been nice when streaming video but generally I don't need to.

Just got Chevy's SS 4.0 up and running with the P3 1200 kernel. Man, this thing is slick. Best combo I've found for my phone yet. It's feels fast and it measures fast. It also seems to run cooler than all but the FRF57 leak with included 800 kernel.

SetCPU short bench in the 160s
Linpack in the 18 MFLOPS

Using kangerade with jakes 1.2 kernal. Didn't close any applications at all. 10 widgets running too!

Download the app drocap2, which requires root permission.

Here's my first benchmark score, not too shabby....:3

Ultimate 2.2 RC2 stock theme
p3droid 1.25ghz kernel
apps killed prior to run
setcpu at 1250/1250 in performance mode
Achieved on second run (second run is always better)

and the best part... this thing is rock solid stable, and battery life is over a day (24hr day, not work day) when run at 250-1250 setcpu in on-demand mode.
