Root Questions About Link2SD--Optimus V

How much space does it say it has.
I do have an 8 gig card and can't fit that many. How many did you have before? Don't forget you need room for your apps too
 
There's no space left on the card, .096 mb. The internal memory is 34.91mb. I had a ton of music before, maybe 300-400 songs, nearly my whole library on my PC.
 
Your going to have to redo it. Your partitions are backward. Can you load up the card in the program and post a screen shot.
How many nandroid backups have you made? Those will take up allot of room
 
Not sure about nandroid backups or how many I've done. That sucks a little bit! I was so happy when Link2SD gave me the message I was looking for last night. So now I have to go back into Minitool Partition, erase my card, and re-partition?
 
Go into link2sd push the menu key select storage info, take a screen shot and paste it here so I can see the problem. It will look like this

Hmm, I don't see one of my posts I made earlier from my phone, but I was fairly delirious then. I don't even need to try to post the screenshot, my Link2SD info says that second partition "NA." Well, back into the breach!
 
Now I wish I had the screenshot program! I did the partition again. Now my phone says:

Internal-19% free, 179mb used, 144mb free, 35.30mb
SD card-99% free, 6.43gb, used, 88.00kb, free, 6.43gb
SC card 2nd part., 99% free 0.96gb, used, 4.00kb, free, 0.96kb

Before, I didn't have the "sd card 2nd part." so perhaps I did something right for a change! Gonna mess around with stuff, see how it goes. You are all the new loves of my life!

By the way, anybody here ever just get sick out of the blue? Happened to me today. I felt so bad so fast, I was startled. I picked the wrong time of year for this crap.
 
Sorry about that, brotherswing. Hope she feels better soon. You sound like such a dutiful dad and husband. In spite of not feeling well, I think I've accomplished what I wanted to tonight. Think I'll attempt to put more music on my system, then call it a night. Thanks again for all the help!
