R U Happy with bionic

I am up for renewal and can't decide between the iphone 4S and bionic, those of you who have had both, which do you prefer, or are you happy with the bionic?
 
nope, i love my original Droid, Droid X and Xoom tablet, but my Bionic will be my last Motorola product for a long time
 
The only thing I like about the Bionic is its speed. The screen, cameras, data connection, in call volume are all horrible.
 
I am happy with my Bionic.

The Bionic and iPhone are in different worlds. Pick the one you like. The Razr is actually more funcationally similar to the iPhone.

The iPhone is 3G only. Bionic and Razr are 4G.

The bionic is like a super computer in your hand. The iPhone looks pretty, and has a nice prestigious look to it, but the bionic is a beast! I can tether with four laptops all while talking on a conference call and checking my email at the same time. The bionic is nice.
 
Me personally, I'm very happy with my Bionic. It's doing everything I want it to do and does it well. And if you're willing to root it, then many of the issues that have been reported get eliminated.

As for the iPhone, my personal preferences, wants and needs keep me away from it. Pure specs, it's a lackluster device. Performance, it's a lackluster device. Capability, again, lackluster. The only real reason to get any Apple product is the App Store. However, the Android Market has more than caught up, and can boast having 75% of their 500,000 apps free. Last I heard, there were 600,000 in the App Store, of which about 60% cost.
 
i recently upgraded from the LG Vortex to the Bionic and I love it, so much faster. can play games that i couldn't on the Vortex. was thinking of trying the iPhone 4S but someone told me to stay away from iPhones so i went with the Bionic.
 
Not happy with mine. When the data is working it's great. But with it dropping so much who cares if its 3G or 4G.
 
The Bionic is much nicer than my old Droid 1 and I am generally happy with it. However, I bought it in September when my Droid died. The Bionic was the best phone available at that time. There are more options now. Specifically, check out the Razr and the soon-to-be released Galaxy Nexus. The iphone 4s is also very nice, especially if you don't live in a 4G area. Anyway, you really can't go wrong with any of these phones.
 
Even though this questions has been answered numerous times, here is what I'll say.

I love my BIONIC - YMMV. I detest Apple. YMMV.

If I were you and seriously thinking about staying with Android, look past the BIONIC to the Galaxy Nexus. If you don't believe me, Google the Samsung Galaxy nexus launch event video and watch that - 70% of that video is only about the new version of Android that just got released, called Ice Cream Sandwich - ICS, and not the phone itself. Like I said - I love my BIONIC - but ICS is really making me drool.
 
Love my bionic. I love the form factor (the best, IMO), its fast and i havent had an issue with data drops but I live in a good 4g area. Battery life is decent for me. Also now you get this phone at a decent price at a lot of places including VZW.

Love it. Gave the 4s to my daughter.

And ive no interest in the nexus.. No SD capability = no dice.. I mean really?? No SD??
And the Razr was a non factor due to the ifone like non removable battery.

Bionic all the way for me..

iPhone was theindustry leader as it buried Microsoft Windows Mobile ... it stopped ... it was overtaken bu the Droid X ... the Bionic leaves it so far behind it is mind boggeling ...

Haha - well it does have a manly brick-like form-factor. But, it isn't especially large for a 4G phone. I'm not sure if you were alluding to the various bugs that the phone launched with. I believe those will all be resolved with the imminent OTA update. We're getting ICS too; although, that will probably be provided in a second update sometime next year.

I don't agree that the Droid X was nicer than the iphone 4. Froyo was too buggy and Gingerbread wasn't much better. You can see the roughness of the Os in things like the unlock animation.

However, ICS looks quite refined, judging from the news about it.
 
I beleive the Bionic is a solid phone. MOTO/VZW still needs works some bugs out, but that is par for the course. If you can hang on, wait & see what the NEXUS has to offer.... by that time some of the Bionic's bugs will be fixed & it may drop in prices again.

I agree. Prices are already dropping on the bionic. People can't dismiss this phone just for that alone. IMO, Motorola will continue to fix bugs on this phone. I'm happy with the bionic and Motorola.
