More importantly, who concluded it tastes like hatred and burning.... Then decided they need more? (when the bees attacked)

Can anyone tell me why it is that my new moto 360 wasn't pre charged? Like out of the box the thing came with a dead battery. I thought it was broken until I set it on the charger!
A few years ago u got a Bluetooth headset for my ps3 that also wasn't pre charged... I returned it only to have the new one also not turn on. I then discovered despite that it says ore charged it wasnt! How lame!

Let me also rant about internet. I moved a few months ago to a more rural area of Alabama. And discovered that only one place carries internet access here.... Windstream is the company, and they only offer one package out Here. Its 39.99 and to make it worse I only get at most 4mbps... Most the time however its only 1mbps! Where I used to live I was paying 29.99 for 30mbps! I now have to pay 10$ more for crap! I can't believe they have no other options out here!

If you're right out in the boonies, there might not be any 4G or 3G either. Where I am, once I leave the town or city, it's 2G EDGE or CDMA only.

Sometimes your only option for Internet might be satellite, because there is no infrastructure. Unless you want to pay thousands for them to put up poles and run wires.

I get 4g most the time, i live at like the bottom of a hill so its in and out. But WiFi is a must because I stream stuff to my TV... And I have sprint unlimited data... And u tether my phone to my laptop quite often to play games!

Despite hype to the contrary, tethering is a matter of contracts and terms of service - it's not illegal (yet), you cannot get arrested for it. The myth that it was surfaced years ago thanks to AT&T and the iPhone (surprise).

Our policy is to look the other way on it, same as throttling.

Piracy, insurance fraud and other truly illegal smartphone antics - and looking out for Google terms of service (see: bread, which side is buttered) - are entirely different matters.

Can you actually get "in trouble" or kicked form the network for using it if you have sprint? My thinking was it was a free thing....
You guys just lost me?

I'm gonna answer my self as I looked into it... Looks like with out easy tether using the HTC built-in USB tether mode (under settings) one can still use data on my laptop.... I installed the HTC sync like it said and everything worked fine! How ever hotspot and Bluetooth still give a pop up about needing to pay for service....
I don't think you can incur punishment if you simply use a feature on your phone.....

To top it off, it was an att salesman that suggested using my phone to tether after they told me they couldn't get internet service from att out where I live!
