All I can say is yum!!! Tried the corn dogs the other night and I'm telling you... You can't tell the difference!! My carnivore husband and eldest son couldn't even tell!! My veg son made me show him the box so he could read the ingredients because he couldn't believe they were plant based! So tonight I'm making Coney Island chili dogs!( half with normal chili half with veg chili! Bring on the mustard and onions!!! Seriously though ...I hate fake veggie meat stuff yuck!!! But these are incredible!! Worth a try

Budweiser renames beer 'America' this summer

upload_2016-5-10_18-17-31.png

Nothing says 'America' like an ice-cold can of mass-produced beer.

Anheuser-Busch announced Tuesday that the company is replacing the Budweiser logo with “America” on its 12-oz. cans and bottles this summer.

The cans of patriotic nectar will be available May 23 through the November election and aim “to inspire drinkers to celebrate America and Budweiser's shared values of freedom and authenticity.”

Budweiser isn't even an American beer anymore, so that is a cynical ploy by foreigners to extract money from stupid 'Muricans. If I drank that swill I would boycott.

That American Budweiser isn't even the real Budweiser... It's a pale copy of the real thing so should never have been called Budweiser in the first place.

Here's a thought - if you want someone to be happy to be part of your group, and stay with it, then try making them feel welcome, and valued. Particularly if that person is doing a crucial role, and if they left it would leave a hole.

It's amazing how many people just don't get this.

Branding expert Donald Trump takes credit for Budweiser's America beer

Donald Trump has succeeded in his promise to make America Budweiser again.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee took some credit on Wednesday during a phone call on Fox News for inspiring Budweiser to change the name of its beer to America for the summer.

“I think so," Trump said in an interview with Fox & Friends when asked whether he thought he had "something to do" with the name change. "They’re so impressed with what our country will become that they decided to do this before the fact."

Left unsaid: that the company behind Budweiser is now owned by a Belgian corporation trying to make a shameless appeal to thirsty Americans.
