I have worries that mine will never leave the nest.
First thing you have to do is cut off the food supply. Stock the fridge with vegetables and unsweetened beverages, lots of bran and whole wheat in the cupboards and put a "NO PIZZA DELIVERY" sign on the door. They'll quickly look for an alternative 'nest'.

Bears are in Newton MA. Coyotes in my hood and Deer in Brookline... Don't even talk about Turkeys... I could have filled my whole blocks tables if you could hunt in Metro Boston on Thanksgiving last year.
