What do they actually do anymore now that they can't tell you to just do a battery pullI think most Verizon people have a few screws loose... especially tech support, whose first step in troubleshooting is factory reset. That aside, I dunno: it's been my experience that chicks with a few screws loose can be a lot of fun
And yes, the crazier the better. And sometimes the bigger the better
