I hate hot weather. 82F right now (28C), and it isn't even 11am yet. Projected high today 97 (36C). Next weekend will be worse at 104F (40C). My car does not currently have working AC.

The mandoline does the chopping so fast, you have to use the holder as the mandoline is extremely sharp. They sell Kevlar gloves for use with it.

Not really when it comes to an OS. Linux is mostly free and does everything that the other 2 OS do.

If the cheap thing is cheap since it comes without extra frills that can break or cost extra to repair, then it's a bargain. It's like buying a fleet car rather than a luxury one. Made to be more efficient for a company to run.
