Rant Thread - What really grinds your gears?

Okay most people would see these signs and come to the conclusion there are alligators around best be careful

Very low key anger,
since was my brother's birthday yesterday, had to do my usual crap and double pack, but thankfully the last thing I forgot was my combination and my mother was at home, she pulled it out of my minion book and just text me, again sort of was really mentally rushing it forever, I hate the sound of silence it really bugs me and have to kind of keep an eye on the clock too. :\
 
When you start out this past week,having a glass feeling in both eyes,and end up without much contact with anyone with a wicked cold and a sore throat, but I am recovering right away though. I am starting to wonder why did I get sick before bowling, damn it I have to make up two games.
 
Okay what is boiling up the tempature secretly right now:
My own sister who has not a medical degree or anything, put down her foot down because I have a common cold, thinking it is Covid,
listen sister either get your facts straight or I will not be able to chat with you about common junk anyway. I am doing alright, thanks. About 99% better. Small sniffles around here and there,but no I will never come in contact with someone who has Convid either - Even though I just checked my temp - it has been 97.6 for the past few days now.
 
FFS Precautious on keeping on the electronics forever,the battery does not last long, or even the hardwear, but why do we keep antiques forever?
 
Plugged in the phone this morning to charge and see a banner that Google needs to up some apps.

Not thinking clearly, (no coffee yet) I hit ok an set the phone down to go make coffee.

Later in the morning I checked the phone to see a notice from my provider that I have excedded more than half my limit updating the apps ! ! !

Guess I will make sure and use wifi from now on ...

While I refuse to get a DNA altering covid shot, I did get a flu shot last visit to the doctors office, after being really sick once several years ago, I get one every year.
 
When my sister refused to let me go,and breathe from time to time,honestly she has a husband, and one of our mutual friends to take care of,no need to be like a vulture every nine seconds, shhhettttttttttttttt even the hotties at the theaters were like "Hey know what you are married off with someone.." and she always has that strange vibes off her to begin with, besides I play it cool.
 
No corn beef and cabbage yesterday:mad::maddroid: third year in a row. fortunately I should be home soon and hopefully my wife will make it:thumbsupdroid::D
 
Wanted to get an early start this morning, but can't because I am blocked in.:mad::maddroid::thumbsdowndroid: I could possibly snake my way between the truck beside me and the one in front of me, but since my current load and next one are drop and hooks , I'll just wait
 
All of a sudden my "wife to be" turns out to be the "stalker" and ask wereabouts about me, dispite I am right in front of her mind. "Anyone seen him, has anyone spoken with him, anyone see his flesh, I would love to carve out even more of his skin.." seriously.. I do not want to ever ever reveal my offline handle online. Ever, and I have a bunch of videos as well as selfies all over the internet, oh I know, how about take a snapshot of me, and google search for it hmm... Act more human to me. I just hate her for becoming a mother behind my back twice.
 
To rant on, why is this server will not allow me to view any of my thumbnails, I have double checked with my tablet to make sure it was not on my ISP, but somehow it just cut the thumbnails off huh, but with the pop up I can view the images... Go figure that out.
 
So Saturday I spend the day moving to the new truck or was it Sunday??:thinking: any how Monday I am supposed to be heading to Washington with a load. I am rolling through Nebraska when my fuel gauges start acting up both my digital display showing how far I can travel to empty and my analog one.
Long story short. The new truck had a fuel sensor problem, and on my passenger side the fuel lines were closed not allowing fuel to get to the engine.
Barely two days on the road and it had problems.
The mechanic who worked on the truck told me to expect more problems to pop up. They are working out minor bugs

You would think for the amount you pay for those trucks they would do a little shakedown. :(
 
I am an early riser and have about a dozen message boards/sites I visit every morning.

The TV is playing in the background for "white noise effect" with my local news stations.

It is 5 am in the morning and the commercials are so nerve racking ....

Why do they think I want to hear some mad man screaming at me about how his furniture is better than anyone else's, of another mad man screaming at me about how his car prices are better or a mad man screaming at me about delivery is free free free free ....

Two points, why do they scream and why do they think that saying free is going to make me get right up and go to their store ?

HayZuess, is this what we have succumbed to as a society, lets dumb everything down to the level the intelligent people can not stand it, anymore ?

I am still livid about the coffee let down yesterday :mad::thumbsdowndroid::maddroid:. When I picked up my current load in Oklahoma and check the route to the delivery location, I found I would be going through Baker city Oregon, they have a truck stop and it's one of the few places that still carries my favorite gas station/truck stop coffee
Java classic:blushDroid::thumbsupdroid::D or least it did.
Yesterday walking and seeing the display for a different coffee absolutely ruined my day.
It's the second truck stop in Oregon that switch over to some garbage coffee.
It probably has to do the woke stupidity that seems to be running wild on the west coast
 
What got my goat duration of this vacation, was very little music was playing at my meditation times when my sister and mother, want to speak with me, I was like "Seriously let me have five minutes before you speak with me." Kind of feeling though.. TBH. I am letting all the rush to the panic mood now though.
 
People who don't understand Los Angeles traffic. I just love hearing from Drivers Managers who call and tell I have five hours of drive time left to get from wheeler ridge to Colton California to deliver and then to Victorville to pickup a load going to Phoenix, and then being told I only have five hours left to work with tomorrow before my work clock burns out, I think driver managers believe in Los Angeles that time doesn't operate normally that it slows down or some how multiples
 
The OnePlus 10 pro launch event. In 2020 when the OnePlus 9 launch and they made it an T-Mobile exclusive I chalk it up to covid 19 stupidity. But here we are two years later and apparently they have done the same thing, it appears they have given the middle finger to potential at&t and Verizon costumers .
I'm convinced OnePlus is a company of idiots that has finally settled:thumbsdowndroid: :maskeddroid:
