Anyone else really hate USPS? (United States Postal Service, for those in other countries)

I had a package coming today. It's not here. Tracking said it was out for delivery today. I got my car insurance bill and DH's direct deposit notice, so we DID get delivery today, just not the package containing a book I was looking forward to. (grump)
