Now I'm kinda pissed. I went to the sprint store yesterday to find out if I could infact order the phone today online being a premier customer and I was told no. So I went ahead and pre-ordered, paid the $50 and now I have a giftcard I can't use towards my bill and have to pay the stupid $18 upgrade fee... I would have saved myself some $$$ just ordering it today and probably got it faster. I hate people that don't know what the hell they're talking about.![]()
It is also possible you were at a Sprint reseller vs a Sprint Corporate Store and they just did not know. But regardless I would think that some in store reps are better than others and maybe someone else in these forums can verify the guess I am about to make.... I would think that in store reps get paid a commission based off of sales and activations so it behooves them to have a customer buy from them rather than online.
