Reserve the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 now!

Holy $$%&*!!!! That's way out of my price range. I know this is for apple, but it seems to fit here. :D At least Samsung seems to be packing in new tech and features.

I'm guessing they'll make the pre-orders instantaneous at the moment the event ends. They've done that in the past. Get your trigger finger ready!

That's my hope as well! Which is why I'm sitting here hitting refresh on the Verizon website while watching the unpacked event! My inner geek is beside himself right now!
 
Ouch! I'm not surprised, I'm just sad. I was hoping it would be under a grand. My guess was $1100 when discussing it with friends. They have to keep pace with the apple core which is right around that price nowadays.
 
I'm interested. My S8+ is a couple of years old now. I will wait to see how well it's received and enjoyed before I buy. I finally got over trying to be the first guy to own a release. I'll let another bast in the glory of being the first on the block and then read the good and the bad before I get my money out.
 
I think it's too much too. The choice is to do without an upgrade however. As you say, it's right in line with competition leading edge device. Four of the Note 10s would cost me more than my first brand new car. :)
 
edit: sorry just got off work and thought i post the replay of the launch, without realizing there is a thread already......watching it now. i will hold of posting anything until i have watched it.

i always have to have the latest and greatest. so i'm going to be diving in. my only reserves is the fiasco with note 7 and its exploding batteries. i'm sure samsung has learned from that so i'm not toooo worried about it.

plus according to the email i got about reserving it now, i can get up to $600 off for trading in eligible devices. not sure if i will get $600 for my note 8, but i will take anything to bring the cost of the note 10+ down........hopefully $200 for it? maybe?

yep i did it 2 weeks ago. one incentive is if a trade in any eligibly device i can get up to $600 off the price. i know my note 8 is not worth that amount, but if i can get $200 for....it is worth it.

not me.........actually this is the first time in a long time, i'm this excited about a device. now that i think about it, this might be the first device i will be getting on release day. i usually like to wait for any issues like the note 7 and its exploding batteries.

i wonder if there will be a line for it at Best Buy?
