Same issue. When trying to flash Sprint, I get "Installation Aborted" (Status 7)

I was able to install by editing the updater-script to remove the device check.

Get an app to verify md5 paste the md5 given for the zip into the app and then load the zip into it. It will tell you if they match or not.

I've been thinking about releasing TWRP 2.5 recovery. The only bugs/issues is that when screen timeout is enabled you can't wakeup the device and you need a battery pull or restart with adb but it's disabled by default so unless you turn it on it won't happen and some updater scripts may need to be updated to support it. Would do you think?

Pretty excited even though the Elite isn't my daily driver. Because he's got NFC fixed which wasn't fixed in CM9 in a lot of officially supported devices/builds. When the camera is sorted out it'll go from alpha to rc IMO LOL. He's done a fantastic job in what? 6 weeks? Kudos bro. Well done. :thumbup:

phenomx4, would you be interested or opposed to uploading your CM9 builds and TWRP for the Optimus Elite to an account on Goo.im ?
I've seen that you currently have CM9 on Rom Manager under phenomx4 and getting updates on Goo.im would certainly be awesome as well.
May be an extra step for you from Dropbox on your machine or device, but it's easy from the Goo.im app and the website itself.

I haven't had a chance to test nfc because I don't have another nfc enabled device or a nfc tag but I do know that Google wallet doesn't work yet. I think it's due to Google wallet getting denied to write to the secure element. Unrelated to nfc I have also been working on the kernel and I believe I may have fix one of the common reasons of random reboots and I think I still have one more to fix. I also updated kgsl which seem to fix the lock ups but I'm not guaranteeing anything but I've haven't had a reboot or lockup since but that can change at anytime.
I tried to get a account on goo.I'm but I've never heard back from them.

Rite now I'm using one and the other two are toys for the kids lol.You can find this phone dirt cheap now.Wheneveri switch to the GS2 I might get rid of one but might be awhile.

Hey phenom, just a small quick fix. The setting to 'fix' the voicemail thing is in the framework-res.apk, its under res/values inside the bools.xml file. The line
[HIGH]<bool name="config_telephony_use_own_number_for_voicemail">false</bool>[/HIGH]
if changed to true should fix the voicemail thing

Phenom has already fixed nfc but has nothing to test it with, afaik wallet doesn't work however. The camera is being worked on.
