And sometimes five are defective like all 5 of mine.

I think VM just came up with some really bad security ideas for this phone because as far as "Hardware" goes it's pretty solid!!!

Are you flashing it with cwm recovery? If not reboot into recovery wipe cache then wipe dalvik (under advanced) then flash just like you would flash the ROM.

My fifth was almost normal too but by that point I had already purchased my nexus and switched to t mobile.

Install md5 checker. Copy the md5 from the gapps download page and paste it into the app and then load the gapps zip and it should trek you if they match or not.

It says they don't match.

Download the gapps again and check md5. If they match, try flashing it.

Then your download is corrupt. Delete it and try again. If they again don't match try a different browser and/or clear the browser cache. I use an app called download all files that seems to work well with downloads.

I would also like to report a bug: My friend sent me a picture via MMS and it would not download. I tried several different times on both wifi and data.

No MMS issue here.

Bluetooth still randomly disconnects for me after 20min or so. ROM seems overall a little faster though!

No good boot loops my phone can somone explain to me how to proporly install this...even when I had my intercept wiping my dalvik cache I seem to get cleaner flashes when I don't...I restored my backup...help

Put ROM and Gapps on sdcard
Boot to recovery
Wipe System, Data, Cache, and Dalvik-cache.
Install Rom and Gapps
Boot in to android
Wait a couple minutes, first boot always takes longest after wiping Dalvik.
After you booted in to the ROM wait a few minites then reboot again.
After that you good to go.
