I did all that and the rom successfully installed. But the notification toggles and multitasking do not work now. The system UI problem is fixed now though.
The rom is giving me the same problems as before.Try reflashing, format system and clear caches then flash rom. If u get cant find log errors after clearing caches u must power off and try again as nothing is formated when those errors show (know custom recovery bug)

It has the apps alreadyLooks like u didnt format system as apps from v2.0 are still there???
I think I will just stay on version two untill another update comes out. Thank you for all of your help!
OK I already use CWM and have been doing everything through there. I am going to try to reset again. Hopefully that will helpunless u format system the errors will still happen, as u can see in this pic ur log shows apps running that a system format would have removed, it appears u dirty flashed or had errors in recovery when formatting, i recommend using cwm as i had personal issue with philz not formatting correctly
Did my issue get completely ignored? Or is it just not enough of an issue to worry about?

I have a slight suggestion, not sure how much it will help, but maybe you want to reflash your recovery image. Maybe even go back to stock recovery image and then flash CWM again. I did it when things were a little buggy for me and it helped.
*Also*
Due to instability of cwm and philz recovery i will be making life easier for all by adding cache and system formatting to rom in next release
Well as far as I know I don't even have any recovery but stock since philz was side loaded.

Instability is instability right? Whether the Updater script tells the recovery what to do or the user does it manually, it's still an issue with the recovery. Thank you nonetheless for wanting to make things easier.
