Miui v4 music player works for me. But it takes about 15 minutes after first running it to show your music


Anyone know why Google chrome don't like being under /system/app?
 
Spam much? ^ but on topic, thanks for all your work tdm. You were the set of eyes that we needed to see things differently. It's greatly appreciated. Have you made any progress on the 3g/4g radios?

This random reboot stuff is pissing me off so bad, I spent all day on the phone talking to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs, and about 2 hours talking to Verizon, and then I called lg (idiots!), everyone told me to factory reset my phone or get over it... I begged stupid ass Verizon to give me a bionic... and they said they couldn't because of my insurance and because of my contract.. but it would be the third phone that they would send me for free if I really wanted them to send me another phone...

And then I asked him when is Ice Cream Sandwich coming out? It was promised about 6 months ago... verizon said nobody knows or cares, LG said they really don't care and I can go to hell...

Then I tried to call Google and that was a joke.... seriously if you haven't tried to call Google.... try.. I bet you can't get a representative on the phone unless you're trying to buy advertising ....

So my hats off to you guys because, A Team of people was able to accomplish what 3 worldwide corporations couldn't do!!

Amen...lol..

If you ever get GPs working I'm sold on the fact... I need
it for work I might even throw in a few coin...

Off topic but how are these version numbers established? 2.2 2.3 3.0 4.0 4.1 4.5
There doesn't seem to be a logical order...

Someone at Google is paid Real Big Bucks to figure out what to call the next version number. :p

Seriously, though, as a software developer for many years, I can tell you that about 3/4 of the time version numbers reflect how much the look/feel/api has changed since the last release. Lots of change and fewer bug fixes means a new major version. Less change and more bug fixes means a point version. The other 1/4 of the time, either marketing or contractual obligations dictate the version number.

Is it official that KLP is 4.5, or is that a rumor?
 
The p930 is on the short list of supported devices for CM10 M2. That means we have a pretty good chance it will work well once I can figure out the KGSL issue.
 
Speaking of CM10 M2, does anyone know if there is a git tag or something for M2? I'm not seeing anything...

Also, 4.5 being Key Lime Pie is still a rumor. I've heard 4.2/4.5/5.0 I'm doubting the 5.0

Could be. I can't even get it in recovery. Had to reactivate my fascinate again because I don't have another spec to charge the battery with. I haven't tried a USB into a computer yet. But seems like that would be the sane thing

you try the 2 minutes battery pull deal or whatever it was? i know tghere was a fix process for when people would kill thre battery on stock rom and they wouldnt charge.

I heard this too, I thought 4.5 was gonna be key lime but thinking end of december seems about rough timeline maybe it will come to be kandy kane in due for christmas?
