Root [ROM][ALPHA] Triumph CM9 v0.6.17.0 [FINAL]

11 hours 55 minutes on battery with data on all the time, and wifi and gps on and off... cm9 is really a beast. Everything that is supposed to work works for me. All i do is flash the update, and restart(no wipe). It gives a screen that says "android is updating", and after that everything is peachy. no issues that aren't supposed to be issues.
 
I have been having issues with the WIFI it will not turn on. When i finally did get it on the network browser would not display any networks near me.

I was running rooted stock ROM i backed up with CWM did a wipe, then installed 0.6.3 + Gapps rebooted 2 times since installing CM9 still cant get wifi to work, is there any debugging or logs i can post on pastebin or in my public dropbox?

I know right this is the second ICS app I installed after I installed CM9. I had to back up the system music.apk, uninstall it, deleted the .apk then rebooted and installed this one worked like charm. Maybe should ask Mantera to put it in the OP with the Apex and other launcher spot.

Really? Do you use it really sparingly? I lost about 20 percent an hour at work, but today was boring as hell and I was on my phone the whole time. That and I just got my phone, so I'm in that new phone phase where I barely put it down.

Also, did that post I made in the dev thread about the camera help at all? Its on page 14 at the bottom...
 
Yea same problem here. Does anyone else's wifi hot spot not work?! Lol. On another note how's gpu acceleration coming along I heard there were some sources from another build that could help

Not really... I used it more than usual really just to see. I noticed that using the built in app killer somehow makes the battery life worse if that's possible... Idk but I definitely took a major hit, and I wasnt doing anything

Do you mean when you long press home? As far as I'm aware, swiping them doesn't kill them, it just removes them from that list. I'm pretty sure it's just the recent apps list.
 
Took CM9 for a test drive last night, and all I can say is wow! I never thought an alpha could be so good. I had to switch back to 7, since there are things I need that aren't working yet (which I was well aware of since I can read and understand the 1st post :cool:). Can't wait for this to go beta with more features working. Great job guys.
