Root [ROM][ALPHA] Triumph CM9 v0.6.17.0 [FINAL]

Everything seems to be working as expected except I also see an abnormal weak 3G/Cellular signal. At work i normally was able to get full bars. Now I'm getting one, sometimes none. Similar behavior at my house. Anyone else see this?

Would like to see the camera fixed.

For those saying that they get a worse signal. Check the actual signal (-xx dbm). I have noticed my wifi icon, and presumably my bars as well, doesn't always show correctly compared to how it did on CM7. It's always good to compare the actual signal instead of the graphical representation anyway.
 
Anyone notice notifications hanging in the top bar? Downloads, update icons stay even though action was completed....

No problems here, other than the "data usage warning" notification hanging around, but that's due to not being able to set the data limit higher.

The only thing I have different in relation to notifications is that now every time I type, a "select input method" notification comes up and stays there until I put the keyboard away. Not a big deal though.

To that guy having Wi-Fi issues: did you try wiping everything and then flashing? And if that doesn't work, try flashing back to stock (ew). If that fails, it's very possible your phone is just broken. :(

Believe me I tried everything!..Do you know where i can find a stock rom?? I have one of my own but it wont show up when im in CWM...im placing the rom in the root of my sd card..fml
 
This rom is smooth!! The only issue I'm having is with lower quality YouTube videos. Flash works, crackle works. Wifi works like it should, I'm getting pretty decent signal. can't wait for the cameras to work.

If you're trying to restore a nandroid, it needs to be in the clockworkmod/backup folder.
 
This is a bad a** rom. ICS is the bomb. My 3g seems to have improved slightly since flashing this. Only "issue" I have noticed is weak response to the touch screen. Some apps take 3,4,5 taps before it responds.
Also, GO launcher works if anyone uses it.

After the update, I had tons and tons of freeze and closes. Just about every other time I turned the screen on. I went back and did a factory reset, wiped the /system, and flashed again. It seems to be working great. I am using Titanium Backup to put all my apps back on. If it does it again, it's obviously an app I had installed.

The only annoying thing I see is whenever you go to type somewhere, the notification comes on the status bar to select the default keyboard. Kind of annoying, but I can definitely deal with it. Great job Devs!!!

Referring to your gripe about the keyboard notification, there is a file that you can delete in /system/app.... however I have inconveniently forgot the name... but you can do it
 
A little random question.... With all these new builds that are to come out, and all the flashing to be done, and all the clean resets to perform.... Is there a way to preserve my apps? I hate the idea of having to reinstall alllll my apps and customize my phone every time

You can flash a new version over the old without totally wiping everything. I would still wipe caches though. If you run into troubles then a full wipe/flash would be recommended.

just run backup on recovery mode then wipe phone clean install new os then go to backup menu this time click the second item with restore and select data. Or you could use titatium backup. Then again if you just want apps only n no data you just let your phone install apps AUTOMATICALLY(not being mean just making a big word to grab peoples attention) from market.
 
I would like to thanks all those who made possible CM9 ROM on MT, 2 question any way to repair the camera?, ..... anyone know if you can use a prepaid card to make donation?
