Mobster is correct, the option is in SettingsProvider. In the Source you will find it in
I have heard a lot of people recommending Battery Monitor Widget for extended batteries. Some say that it is a must for them. I don't have one though, so I wouldn't know.
I just noticed I'm having mms receiving problems on the 6/7 build. I sent a mms and received 4 that were sent to me over the weekend. Would flashing the old mms fix be an issue with this build? I never had an issue when I had to manually flash it.
In Battery Monitor Widget, there is a way to change the mah of the battery. Not sure what it does, but I think it changes something in the system to show you have an extended battery, but again I am not sure. In the app, go to Calibration and hit Create to add your extended battery. It should work, but if not then I am not sure what else you could do.
I already checked that and it was correct. I'm just wondering if something was reverted in the mms.apk. The only time I had this issue before was when the vvm text notifications weren't blocked, which is occurring again with the newest build.
Tried that already the kernel is still reporting a 1700mah battery.
I see. Hmm, where do you see the kernel reporting the battery this way? Is it displayed in the settings or something?
Which voice mail app are you using? The chairshot one kept failing everyone I tried to install it but the angrybean one worked just fine. Have you tried that one?
I don't have the angrybean one anymore. is it the same one that's posted in the vvm fix thread? I'll flash that one and see if it does the trick.
Yeah I have been receiving quite a few MMS with no problem, but over the past few days I have gotten word of at least 3 that I never received, (and one of those supposedly included text for an invitation out to lunch, argh). And that doesn't include all the ones I don't know about!
