I restored Blur email (works much better with verizon.net address based on yahoo server). Anyway, doing this if I remember right in order for it to work properly the messaging app has to be installed as well, correct? If so can I freeze the stock messaging in TB or will that keep me from receiving MMS in the future? I just dont wanna mess up my SMS/MMS but dont need to have both Messaging (stock) and Text messaging (blur) loaded. Thanks!

Reading from Fab's toolbox script from 1.4.1 it does the following:
-Remove Email.apk
-Add BlurEmail.apk
-Remove Mms.apk
-Add Messaging.apk
-Add Conversations.apk

I don't know if that answers your question or not..

That's what I was looking for. I'm guessing that it would be the same.
 
Great ROM, loving everything so far. Having a small issue though, after flashing it my LED is now whitish instead of green after getting a text/gmail/etc. Doesnt matter too much since the light is still working, but I liked the green better :D. Don't have any apps that change the LEDs or anything, but anyone have any idea what's up?

I'm guessing this is one of the framework tweaks that Fab made. I personally like it.

could also be a GB issue. i know on the leaks that there were instances of the LED not working at all (i was one of them). i've been using light flow (free in the market) and have had no issues since.
 
It's great to see that you're still dev'ing for one of the best phones Fab. I'd tell you how the ROM is but I'm still rocking FroYo till the OTA comes out

Arrrgh. Still can't make google calendar sync. Can't re-install weather and news widgets and sometimes the app drawer just comes up empty. What gives? It was working so nicely....
 
Alright, this is going to be asking a lot but to be honest, this whole situation is beyond stressful haha.

Let me start off with that I have a Mac. I don't have anyone around (finals week so everyone's busy) that owns a PC that I could use... so, I'm on Apex 1.4.1... and I obviously need to SBF to 2.3.340 so I could then go to then to the MDW 3 GB Steps (which I'd love an explanation of but I think I could understand that on my own) and then go onto the Apex kernel update and then Apex 2.0.0 Beta...

The biggest problem is trying to SBF my Droid X... how do I do that simply without using a PC?

No one knows because no one is still on the first leak :D.

Anyway from the way I am reading this as well that should be correct. I know that the Alpha 2 did work on both the first leak and the second leak. This is why I would think it should work if you flash the kernel and then the first Apex install in one CWR.

Vegeta is not weak, just not as strong as Goku; plus Vegeta is ruthless and arrogant, good or bad, just depends on who you ask :D

If you want to add the slider lock back, I modded the framework from Fabs latest build to put it back.

It also keeps the screen off when you unplug from power.

FYI, this will only affect anyone using the pattern or pin lock as Fab has it set to not show the slide lock in those cases.

Is there a trick to installing this pack? I keep getting installation failures not matter which way I try to install the apk.
 
I can't get my corporate account sync to work. Can anyone help me?

I've restored:

Messaging
Conversations
Blur Email
Blur Email Engine
Blur Home
Universal Inbox

I can set it up, but when I try to access it via universal inbox, it says "Corporate Sync Account error"

And I see no emails from that account in the inbox, although I can get my gmails fine.

I am talking about the Corporate Sync with the Blue icon, not the white one.

When I try to set it up, sometimes it backs out of the setup screen back to main one as if it force closed (but there is no FC popup).

vegeta has the same power levels as goku, thats how they do fusion, goku can just do more, vegeta in all the cartoons, and movies, fights with fire fast, and then hit 2 times, he is out like a light, its insane how they portray him

They have similar power levels, but in the end, Goku is stronger :D

I had tried on alpha2, but never got it to sync with the moto apps. A long time ago, aosp email was draining my battery, but with gb I don't seem to have that problem, so I've stuck with the aosp packages.

I gotta think that there's some extra apk missing that was in the 1.4.1, or leaked gb versions that Fab left out as bloat.

in the end broly is by far stronger!
the first time it was a combined effort of piccolo, gohan, trunks, and vegeta, to give goku their power so he could cut broly's chest :p and then it took goku, gohan, and goten, just to destroy broly the second time, the third time was a joke imo
but its not similar power levels its the same, goku just trains continuously and when he reaches his breaking point he trains more, his breaking point is far beyond that of vegeta. i may make a post on this in the lounge lol
