[ROM][BETA] CyanogenMod 10 for the LG Lucid

My LG Lucid works almost without flaw when in use with Cyanogenmod. However, before flashing the ROM, I was able to send up to 7 pages of 160 characters, and now my phone splits the messages or simply says messages cannot be sent. Any tips? Oh, and I am on Verizon Wireless if that helps!

It Wont Allow Me To Add Pictures Considering I'm A New User. But To Describe It As Best As I Can, Its Just A Large Red Circle With A Larger Translucent Circle Around It, To The Left There's The Option To Chose Between Camera, Video Recorder, Panorama, And Photosphere. Isn't Photosphere A 4.2 Exclusive? To The Right Of The Red Button Its The Option To Toggle Location Photo Tagging On & Off. I Compared It To My Brothers Galaxy Nexus Running 4.2 And Its The Exact Same Camera.

Other users have also reported this issue. It appears to be related to the MMS app, and I'm not sure there is much I can do about it given I rarely if ever text. Maybe a 3rd party app can so it?

I tried all the third party apps, and they still split the messages. Should I wait for a fix or should I just go back to the stock rom?

Nice! I can try using that camera .apk again. maybe it installed wrong?
does photosphere work?

I have a possible work around that I'll try in a few days. It will convert the SMS message to an MMS message (which can be longer) once it goes over the size limit. However, this might cause extra message charges under some plan structures, so I'm not sure whether it will go mainstream.
 
i just installed the zip brandon1917 provided and it has photoshere, but gallery still 1.1.4, but the camera is awesome! the only problem i'm having now is everytime I reboot, it comes to the "upgrading android" screen every time...anyone else having the problem?

All I Did Was Flash It In Recovery, Reboot, Uninstall Google Search, Reinstall. No Wipe Or Anything. Photosphere Works But Its Laggy As Hell. As Soon As This New Member Restriction Is Lifted, I'll Be Sure To Upload Screenshots.

If you take the first picture then hit the undo button it works beautifully.

I have no issues with lag, but I use the app seeder which is for lag but gallery is still v1.1.4 do you have or ever tried seeder? If anyone wants to try it out let me know and I will upload the apk to Dropbox...
 
Dang, well they say that every phone is different... Have you ever tweaked your SD cache size? I set mine to 512 and it helped with performance

Actually it is the 4.2 camera (clear screen around button) but photosphere does lag like crazy. Also what is up with the camera? I'll take a picture and a circle will show with two little "arcs" inside and it won't take the picture until those arcs are at the top and bottom. If they are off it just sits there until it decides to line up. If there are people in the picture you have to have one persons face in the circle and hitting the button to take another photo just makes it take several (however many times you pressed the button). Any ideas or am I just missing a setting to turn this off to take photos normally....
 
had a weird brick on my lucid, got into recovery, wiped and reflashed, still wouldn't boot. a kdz flash fixed it and now im back on cm10! i also got the 4.2 camera to work. same results as everybody else.
