Also the photo editor in the gallery doesn't work.
The log just says com.gallery3d.apk has died: null
no reason behind it though, i'm trying to figure it out.
I take that back I flashed the fix from the link and photosphere still don't work correctly, is anyone else having a problem with it

I run 384 and 1404 with the smartass v2 and it does good for me
Other users have also reported this issue. It appears to be related to the MMS app, and I'm not sure there is much I can do about it given I rarely if ever text. Maybe a 3rd party app can so it?
Glad to know I'm not crazy!
I had to revert to stock, the ROM was giving my a MAJOR issue.
I reflashed with KDZ multiple times and tried B2 and B3. B3 starting the issue, also continued in B2. I can be using the phone like normal and it messes up.
The recent app switcher (Hold the home button and it comes up) which is a part of the System UI if I'm not mistaken just messes up randomly!
What will happen is it just won't work.
When I press the home button a black screen flashes and doesn't go home; the recent app switcher obviously didn't work.
I've tried EVERYTHING, reflash, restoring backups, starting the phone like brand new, installing NOTHING and it happens.
I've tried when it happens to clear the cache, dalvik cache and factory resetting it in CWM, nothing...
I reverted to ICS, put Google Keyboard on, Modded Gplay and the rest of my stuff and it's working fine.
I've Had Similar Problems. I Fixed It By Flashing To The Broken Out Gingerbread Rom Port For The Lucid, Then Flashing Back To CM10 After A Clean Wipe & Its Been Perfect Ever Since.
I'll try this, link to the Broken Out Gingerbread ROM port for the Lucid; or can I just Google and find the correct one.
Found out we are not actually on the 4.2 camera...
We are on the 4.3 camera!
Fix for editor:

Just Take The Space Out In The Middle. I Had To Put It In Because For Some Reason I Can't Post Links. Do A Factory/Data Reset, Wipe Cache, Flash The Rom, Factory/Data Reset Again, Wipe Cache Again, Then Reboot.
Working fine, except photosphere which I don't know how to use...but it opens and records and does some something o.o...does that mean it's working? It did make something..came out like crap, and a lot cut off...confusing!
EDIT: Photosphere is working! I just suck at it! Worked on the S3 when I flashed that too!
Well I did all that and I'm on CM10. I flashed the 4.2 GAPPS, lets see how everything holds up!\
Edit: Same issue after a reboot...back to stock..again! I'm so mad!
Can someone please explain exactly what all has changed in b3 as well as gapps 4.2?
As far as b3, its basically just stability of GPS and whatever RIL is. What is RIL? I already have the SoD kernel. It would be useful for someone to upload the original one if that's possible as I think I don't actually need the SoD one.
And then what all is new in gapps?
My phone actually works perfectly right now (actually my GPS is off by like 30 feet, would this help?) so I'm trying to figure out if its worth upgrading or not.
Thanks for all of your contributions as always!
B3 was meant to address GPS and hang issues reported by some users. It will not change GPS accuracy, so you are probably not the target audience for the update. The RIL fix was intended to improve spotty or no data issues affecting some people.
If you want a faster kernel, you can selectively restore it from a backup in CWM using the manual restore option. But going to 1400 MHz or beyond tends to cause crashes. The old kernel is slightly easier on battery for light users.
I do not know what changed in gapps.
