Root [ROM] CTMod 3.80 (04/01/13)

Hello everyone,
I'm using CTmod 3.75 Final in my LG Marquee (Boostmobile) and quite happy with it. I use it in WIfi only and use Groove IP with Google voice to call and to pick up phone call. When I listen to music in my headset I can't pick up/hang up a phone call by clicking the microphone button in my headset. When I click on the headset microphone button it goes to call log list. Is there anyway to customize that? Thank you very much.

I have to long press my headset to get it to hang up. As for changing the call log list, pretty sure it can't be changed. If you hold the button down long enough you'll be given the option to use voice control though.

Mine is kinda weird. If i barely tap the button it will call the last number I called. If i long press it will go to voice control and ask who I want to call.

Sorry been gone awhile. Congrats on the new kernel Blood. I understand you are developing a new CTMOD. Too cool I will have to try it out.
 
Yo many thanks Bionic Chronic... would one be able to use the different color themes that are found for "Marky Beats" on the CTMod 3.75.2?
 
Hopefully just a quick question. I have a notification to update G services but when I try it says "incompatible with other application(s) using the shared user ID" how do I fix this? Thanks
 
I don't mean to derail the development train but I am probably going to run into this problem with the next release also.

I really like the ROM but I don't really care for the overclock ability, so I found a stock marquee kernel and flashed it after loading ctmod for at least 10 min. Now under settings, wifi, it shows "error" and cannot be enabled. The battery life is great with stock kernel but I would like the wifi to function.

Do you guys have any suggestions that I try to fix the wifi problem?

the reason your getting the error is your missing the wifi drivers for the stock kernel. flash this: 0.2-wifidriver.zip

btw, theres 2 versions of my new kernel, m and oc. m doesn't include overclock, oc does. m is going to be what comes with the new CT.

Out of curiosity, what's the difference between the Boost and Sprint zips? Just the MMS settings or more than that?

I guess I'm trying to understand whether the same phone can be used for Boost and Sprint service by simply flashing the right ROM or it takes more flashing than that, ESNs, etc.

the phone has to be activated with the carrier. if you can manage to get a sprint marquee activated with boost then yea, you can just flash the boost rom.
