the reason its crashing in settings/wireless & network settings/mobile networks is cause i removed the data throttle and going in there looks for it

why are you guys trying to disable/enable 3g in there anyway? the widget works without crashing

I only tried because someone said it crashed. I have an automatic response of:
Someone reported a problem without much detail > try to reproduce problem > try to collect as much valuable data as possible about problem.

In fact, until you mentioned the settings menu, I probably clicked the widget 20 times while saying, "It works for me just fine!"

I know you were trying to help, I was just asking the other guys why they were trying to change 3g from there. there is no reason to try to enable/disable it from settings since the widget works fine

long press on the apk you want, press copy, go to /system/app, press mount R/W then press paste. might have to reboot for it to take effect depending on what apk you moved there

Yeah I'm good with what you did my 3g drop when I dud the tweaks. I'm leaving everything the way you had way faster. But in always trying new things with thus phone. Love CTMOD2.1

the file browser stock wont work, I have explorer but when try to past says read only

Thanks to kouma for being a pimp heres a fix to enable boot animations

This will switch you over to KoumaKernel 1.0 and it includes a CTMod boot animation by transitoyspace

I don't use file expert but i know you can move shit with it, look in its settings for root mode or something like that

ES File Explorer has a free version that I like.

Very easy to use, and has a root mode and remount options in its settings

what do u use? I been trying for a hour now and I. pretty fed up. all this work to move files I have 5 different managers none of which has a mount option or will move the files

well, if you're willing to give it one more shot, I can walk you through getting ES file explorer to do what you want it to.

It's not very hard.

First, launch the file explorer (obviously)
then the menu button, should pop up 6 buttons at the bottom of the screen
Pick Settings
then scroll to the bottom of the settings page.
at the bottom are 2 check boxes. click Root Explorer. It will pop up a message to confirm, select the option that confirms that you want to turn it on.
SuperUser should pop up and ask you to give permission, click allow

another popup will come up letting you know that you need to set the filesystem to RW, wait for it to clear
then select Mount File System. that will give ES file explorer Write access to teh system folder

that's what you have to say? shrug its good rom but main function are not in it and no files will move or copy & paste pointless to keep a rom I can't even change wallpaper. and instructions giving were weak. wtf is mount r/w....what manager was used ect not everyone is pro are this.
