I think, because it only mounts the /data/app folder, and not the whole /data folder, that it will now show up. But its there, just install some apps and see the difference between the used internal memory, and the size of the apps themselves. I once installed nearly half a gig of apps and used less than half of the internal memory

is it just me? 4 hrs to download? lol everything else running ok can't figure out why it's downloading so slow

edit*
it must be my connection or laptop because i tried it on my phone and it's doing ok.

Im stuck. I booted into recovery, formatted a 1024mb partition and 0mb swap file. I installed 3.4 and still only have 121mb free of application memory. What did I do wrong?

with ssm (haven't tried 3.4 yet) i still get a low memory notification when my internal memory is almost used up. I have the 2nd line uncommented and my card is partitioned and formatted. I've installed these apps on a smaller ext partition before so know it should have room. I only can get 1/3 of the apps on. I seem to be the only one that has had problems with this and was hoping i can get it figured out before installing 3.4

unless you have 2 partitions like kouma has instructions for at the bottom of his thread only /data/app is moved to your sd-ext so you still have the dalvik cache taking up alot of room

if you have 2 partitions tho then both are taking care of

i did the 3.4 ctmod with 2.4kk and the ssm now i am getting speedtest results:

any ideas?

The link for some reason is struggling... no idea why. I finally figured out that if I use the "copy to my account" feature, then download it, it worked perfectly.

So, this may be fixed as soon as I post this but if anyone else is having issues with the download link, here is an alternate for CTMod 3.4

CTMod3.4.zip

by default CTMod already has SSM enabled. so if you have a partition then your apps are automatically going to it and if you have 2 partitions then your apps are going to one and dalvik is going to the other.

theres no need to mess with the Koumamod file unless you want to disable SSM and enable the entire /data

name the file poweron.wav and add it to /system/etc

When i loaded CTMod 3.4, it did not show 2gig for internal ram until I updated KK2.4.

Ima reinstall 3.4 when I get hoe and have enough time to install all my apps agai , aperently I can't recover apps with cwm.
