Fantastic work with what you have done! I love this mod so much. One issue though. Every time I load up the camcorder my phone freezes. I kill the camcorder app and try to use my camera and it doesn't work either, but the camera works fine from a fresh reboot.

Tried everything, including a reflash, and it's still doing it. It's not that the browser is going to youtube.com, when I launch it from the dock or main screen, it launches the youtube app, but not from the app drawer. I hate to have to do a complete wipe, but it might be my next option.
I just got my Triumph last week. I really like it, everything people complain about seems to work great on mine, the only complaint I have is battery life.
I just installed CWM and am doing a backup of the stock rom, as soon as that's done, this will be the first ROM I try, thanks for all the hard work everyone has put into this!

Did you make sure to load the ICS theme in Theme Chooser? It's on the wiki on how to set it all up. Also you may need to update the search bar, there was an update from google.

I am experiencing the problem but it doesn't freeze the screen is just black but if I switch back and forth between video and camera it works fine. I will need to look into this more, but it's not helping that I am running r0.4 and not r0.3.

OK also looks like the front facing camera is jacked up as well. I tested this but it doesn't look like I tested it enough. Was a little eager in getting out the new build 
I will roll back the code to matera's camera source and update the build tonight. While I am at it I will roll in the new version of 360 launcher 2.3. I will try and have this up tonight after I test the camera and verify it's working.

Couple things to look for if you have a bad battery life is recalibrate your battery everytime you flash a different ROM and check to see if it's going into deep sleep.

so I restored back to reloaded, installed 360, and I get the same problem with browser launching you tube. Weird.

I know the new release has a fix, but JUST in case it doesn't hold. Two days on TG's beta .1. My screen still works normally. 9 calls so far, had the battery die tonight.
As far as the camera, every one who know how to pull the camera from a previous version can try swapping out the old camera with the new untill the next release.
The way you could do that is using your favorite unzipper (I use winrar on windows) and extract the /system/app/Camera.apk from the, say r0.3, and drop it into your r0.4. Or you can push it through ADB. Or you could pull it from the ROM and using some Root Explorer, move it into /system/app/.
Occasionally when i am using the stock browser, and i get it doing multiple things at one time, like i load a page and while it's loading i click a link on that page, i get FC's. Another example would be if i hit back and then while that page is loading hit forward, or similar situations. Is any one else experiencing this problem?

LMAO! Funny enough I used too back in 1998-2000, used to have a 1991 g60 Corrado and I used to drive it like a madman and also had a custom logo put on the windshield that said g60 Mad Man. The handle just kind of stuck after that. Sure do miss that car, I always enjoyed watching the spoiler come up at 45 MPH. I chipped it, did the ram air intake and had a smaller pulley installed. Was a fun ride

Reapply the Theme Chooser ICS Theme and reboot the phone. See if that fixes it.

Finally updated from the last TG Reloaded. I was gonna wait till a camera-working CM9 was available, but that seems to have stagnated for now and I started getting random reboots.
I do have an observation and a request. Observation: I've always been a fan of ADW Launcher so I was sad to see that go. I feel like ADW has more of an AOSP feel and all I want from a launcher is the ability to launch stuff.
Request: Could you possibly include a boot image logo in the next release? My phone still shows the Minimal Triumph logo. I might get confused!

Yeah I wasn't to big on ADW. I always had issue when I clicked on the launcher it would disappear or I would always delete the launcher icon for some weird reason by my hand gestures. Even after tweaking the settings it still bugged me as it still happened from time to time. I do plan on releasing the CM7 g60 style boot screen CornfedChris created for the ROM. You can download that and install it via CWM.

Looks like the newest update changes it back to the white. As soon as the ICS theme get's updated I will add into the ROM.

I am not 100% sure. Usually when I do an install I do a full format and load the ROM and gapps. Recently I have been just wiping the cache, and the dalvik cache. Then installing ROM and gapps. I would think the gapps would still be there if you are not doing a wipe. I say give a shot and post back

It's wierd, but the gapps installs into /system. When we install the ROMs we format /system then reapply. But I don't remember needing to reflash gapps. I don't reflash gapps myself, maybe one of the parts of the setup script handles weather or not the system is formatted already and skips that part. Then instead of formatting everytime it just coppies over the changed files.

Thanks g60madman for running with the Triumph CM7 ball! I am enjoying the sound fix a lot. Couple minor quirks:
1) No haptic feedback using the "hard" keys, however, soft keys have haptic feedback. Played with CM preference tweaks to no avail.
2) The CM Input setting - Long-press menu settings - does not appear to work. I have mine set to Play Store but a long press of the menu key does not do anything.
3) Cannot change icon logos on home pages. I could not find any documentaion of the 360 launcher (which I like btw, thanks). For example my Google Play Music icon is the same as the stock music icon.

Thanks for the fast, fast response. I just went to r0.4 and this totally resolved the renamimg of icons - thanks. However the haptic feedback on the "hard=physical phone" keys is still MIA as is the long press on the menu key. FYI the long press on the home key did and still does take me to to the active apps list.
I do have the lock screen active and I do have the haptic feedback checked in 360 Screen Lock Settings area. I also have allowed 360 to control the home key by pressing that preference. Is that what you meant in your response 1) above? Not having haptic on the hard keys is a minor inconvience - probably some strange interaction with another app.

FOUND IT!: CM Settings>Input>Haptic feedback tweaks> Haptic feedback main must be checked. This was not the case for ADW or Launcher Pro. Thanks for the help. Now to figure out how to get the long-press for Menu to work...

If you go to
Settings < CynogenMod settings < Input Settings you can set both the Menu and the Home button.
I noticed if I am on the home screen the Menu does not work but the Home button does. If I am on another screen other than home the Menu button works. Looks to be a bug with 360 Launcher.
Edit: I will post on xda to let the dev know
