Root [ROM][July14] Icy Fusion V5.0 | Smooth | Tweaked | Themed | Battery

Oh wow you can only download the ROM of your a premium user......so whoever is premium user can you please make a mirror? I'm away from my computer atm..because 2 days a week its only for premium users and the other days anyone can download it so today I guess I was unlucky...oh you have to download ROM manager from the market to get the ROM..
 
I strongly recommend a full wipe data,cache and dalvik cause some apps are inverted so make an app backup then wipe then flash then restore

I had the same problem. Fixed by going into romtoolbox, app manager, find Gmail app, select manage, then clear cache & clear data.

Launch Gmail and it will resync your accounts, but you will have to re-do any custom settings, signatures, etc.

Wow ROM Manager is very slow.
30min. and I have a whopping 19%.

Is there a way to extract it from my sd card and put it on 4shared?

I was at 19% and then it started over...:mad:

3G is all I have on the weekend because all the campers here hog the WiFi...

I had the GMAIL issue. I deleted the original and reinstalled from the palystore worked fine after that. Notice the battery doesn't last as long in V4 as it did in V3.6
 
Wow ROM manager does really suck, so I'm going to ditch them and try to get goo manager support if that doesn't work then I will take the time to get OTA updater Center to work with the files coming from dev host so it will be much faster and for this morning just stay on version 4.0 which seems to be the most stable or just stay on your backup or something because today I will figure everything out and will release a new version with great battery life and it will not be stuck at the boot logo so there you go
 
For some reason my home button has yet to work on any version of this ROM. I crashed version 4.1 this morning... but it shows as version 4.0 in the phone info. Any ideas?

Did you wipe everything before flashing the ROM? Maybe its a bad download, and I sometimes forget to change the version in the build prop
 
ROM Manager's not working for me at all. I'm on 4.0 and under "Check for ROM Updates," it says, "Your ROM is not set up to received OTA Updates. Please contact the ROM developer!"

What's the problem with just posting the zips at the head of this thread? That works just fine for me. We're all used to that method of installing/updating ROMs.

Right now, I'm stuck on 4.0 because all this other crap isn't working.
 
I got 4.2 to download while all the other campers were sleeping.
After a full wipe everything seems to be working for me.
I don't use MMS, SMS or corp. email, but everything else that I do use works just fine.
I did disable lock screen and I use Launcher Pro Plus and every version of this ROM that I have used has a fully functional home button.

I use Juice Defender Ultimate and with profiles my battery lasts longer now then before, when I ran the first ICY.

Thank you for this fine ROM and all the extras.:D

EDIT:
BTW I only used RM to download the ROM, backup and get to recovery.
I used recovery to wipe all and flash the ROM.

Try just clicking on "Download ROM". The ROM will be called "update.zip" and it will be buried in folders in the clockwork folder.
I move it to my download folder.

Just use RM to download and access recovery then use recovery to fully wipe and flash.

Sorry "crashed" should have been downloaded.

Everything gets wiped except data by the zip. I didn't do data though... let me try that.

I'm going to remove ROM manager and just start posting the updates but I'm going to use OTA Update Center that will work and will have a lot faster download speed and I'm creating a website for my series:)

Edit: Website now in OP! and version 4.5 uploaded (website looks really weird right now:))
