I'm on 3.1.5 and haven't had a single reboot, I might be on the 3.1.5 fixed version, actually about to flash 3.1.6 in a few, chad is constantly making anthrax sexier than it already is lmao u should try to keep up with the development, I've learned a lot about the kernel and how to customize it's settings :D

Edit: btw dak I love this rom, I've been on every evo v or 3d rom and I keep coming back to this and with every kernel update that comes out this rom gets better and better :D
 
A few questions:

Anyone tried flashing this over 1.1.6? I just got everything settled in and I'm FAR too lazy to go through the whole restoration process again (and far too cheap to buy the full version of Titanium Backup to auto-install apps)

Also, is the cpu governor that comes with this any better than SetCPU? It's what I usually use, so I'm just wondering.
 
xThedarkmanx you should make another boot animation I don't like the one you put you should make it simple boot animation

I did but I wasn't flashing properly, so I probably didn't flash the proper kernel the first time around. I experienced issues only after trying to flash the boot.img via 4EXT. Before then, everything was working fine.

I believe there were reboot problems...That and I had the default overclock set a little bit too high by accident @_@

If you mean the overclock program, then..meh. It depends. I like setcpu, but no-frills is free lol

Wow 1.1.8 is very stable and super quick far by the best Rom I ever got thank you darkman and maybe that could be a yes ^.^ lol I don't know its like your boot animation its not simple or cool sorry to offend your boot but I don't like it when the beat logo comes out I rather much see the HTC logo and the name of your AWESOME ROM :D lol
 
The only problem I'm having on 1.1.8 is the ram its used a lot but I killed all the app and I get 280 or 290

My benchmarks in Quadrant are all over the place. As low as 800 and as high as 4200+. I'd say the average being around 3000. This is OC'd to 1.728, performance Governor, and sio I/O scheduler.

Why is 1.728 the new maximum? I seemed to be running fine on the next step up. It only rebooted if I was multitasking, but for benchmarks, it was fine.

That's actually good. Better then the normal ram usage from full on stock.

Has anyone had network issues today? About 30 mins ago I couldn't make any calls, send receive any texts, but 3g was working. Said network was busy

I think its just sprint, last night i had no coverage and my friend who is on sprint had the same problem upstate new york.. but its better today. good rom!

No issues in Dallas. Streaming Pandora all day with no issues on 4g.
 
Does anyone here use hancent sms?
Mine stopped working after the latest update. Everything else is ok though.
I did a dirty flash though :p only wiped cache and dalvik cache.

It's a pain having to set my password again with the Google 2 step password :p

im having the same problem i also did a dirty flash and hancent isnt working have you figured out a way to get it to work or do i have to do a full wipe?
 
Does anyone else have problems changing their notification sound to anything but Gamma? I have had this problem since I installed this rom. This is the only problem I've had with an otherwise excellent rom.
 
So I feel stupid, I kept wondering why my download would error the second it started, my memory card only had 200mb of space Lmfao so goomanager wasn't still broken...my brain was :(

You have to go into mms and change the notification sound. A pain in the butt I know

-Updated kernel to 1.1.7
-Enabled Sweep2Wake (You can now swipe your finger from home to search to unlock, and the reverse to lock!)
-More changes in the postboot script to increase performance
-Deleted the HTC Screenshot feature out of build.prop (didn't need it)
-Changed default.xml a bit to try to fix default mms sound
-Changed some files in the framework-res.apk
-Add xondemand governor
-Changed default governor to xondemand (better power management)
-Second cpu correctly goes offline when screen is off for power saving
-CPU auto clocks down when screen is off for power saving
 
Also got a random reboot but then again I didn't do a full wipe.
About to wipe everything and do a clean install of it :)

Edit: I will just wait until 1.9 is uploaded instead :p
