Root [ROM] MidnightRom: Sense 1.5.4

I'm mildly concerned over you promoting Radio 1.09.00.0706, while LeslieAnn, as of yesterday, is still promoting 0.97.10.0530. For those who have flashed, are you seeing a noticeable difference? It would be nice to see a definitive consensus.
.530 and .808 are much better

So its only a Bluetooth issue? I'll look into that too and see what I can find out about it

HTC's bluetooth stack lacks the HID profile and L2CAP. That's pretty much the issue. Why they chose to cripple bluetooth is beyond me.

Many have tried to correct it, none have succeeded.

I was having slow data speeds with no 3G indicated (where a rooted optimus did) with the 530 Radio, using 706 resolved my data speeds and they are back to what I was used to with my OV (well this is day 2 for my Evo V)

edit: Think I remember a post that Leslie had not tested 706 so understandably could not offer an thoughts on it.

The only problem I have with the sound is when I use speaker phone, Its like I can barely here the person on the other end of the phone....

Again, NONE of the audio mods are working for me in this version. They have worked in the past. Also volume levels are noticeably lower.

I'm a poweramp user myself as well and very much like the option of beats in the app, but I'm skeptical on upgrading to 1.2.9 from .8 due to the feedback thus far :/ Please fix all the issues and I'll be downloading the newest ASAP! :D

New version is up.

Trying MNR for the first time and I must say... Perfect so far! Easy flash with 4ext if anybody is wondering.

Thank you xthedakmanx :smokingsomb:

edit: sanity check for me. There is no boot-up sound on this rom... correct?

I just wanted to say thank you. I have thoroughly tested all the most popular ROMS out there (Mean, D3rp, Viper, etc. ) and yours is the hands down winner. Two things though: In update 129 there is an issue with the speaker phone volume level and control. However, this issue does not exist in update 128. While writing this I realize that you just put out update 130, which I will test tonight.

Second thing: Please incorporate the messages widget into the build. This really is a necessary widget with practical use. If any of the developers are interested in opening a communication, I would like the opportunity to provide additional input.
Amazing job guys. Very balanced yet vibrant Rom.

Correct ^_^

What happened to the extra governors

They were taken out with the latest kernel I believe. They should be back soon

Is there a flashable zip for the stock htc keyboard ? D:
This rom still has the stock keyboard that came with the phone

Flashed the new version and everything seems great so far.
^_^
