So, I just flashed Mik3d-beta with goldenmeonkey. I love this rom so far. I was just wondering whether I should still use setcpu. Any thoughts?
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.

With some help from Nick1313, I was able to take Granite's Speedo Battery Mod and get it to 1% increments when not charging. Going to work on the charging pngs tonight but here is what Granite and I have so far.

I would use it at least to set a screen off profile to save battery when the phone is idle. If you choose to overclock, make sure to go up to no more than 1190 and don't check set on boot til after you know its stable. Some phones can only go as high as 1152.

Hmm.. It's no big deal, it's already finished.
Basically, when you first setup the rom, at one step it asks you if you want to set up your google account to automatically install apps for you (when you flash a new rom I assume). I checked yes, and was looking for an option to say 'no'. I'm sure it is a simple setting somewhere I'm overlooking.
Not quite auto updating, and not quite under accounts and sync. I'll keep looking.
(btw, finally got the download for goldenmonkey to finish...)
does anyone have the same problem of the sd card application icons not loading?
I had a few. I uninstalled and downloaded them from market and was all good after that.
this happens to all of my apps. should i reinstall??
No SU access after a failed attempt to instal GM 1.1. I am getting error E: Can't read MISC: (No space left on device). SetCPU can't gain access to root nor will any program that requires root access. Root access is not detected. I am S-off. HELP!!
I googled the error and somebody was talking about getting it on another device. Hard to understand what he did, seemed like he said to reinstall the recovery?
anyway, maybe googling it, what they were saying would make more sense to you?
not really, I saw that too but not too comfortable with it. Besides I have lost SU access too, so I need to make sure whatever I do I don't screw anything up or make more of an issue. At least I can boot the phone and use it.
Anyone else with an idea?
What recovery are you currently using?
Have you tried to go into the super user app and grant access to the root only apps?
Also try to fix your permissions.
Lastly if nothing else works, download amon-ra 2.3 and flash from hboot.
PC36IMG_RA_2.3.zip
Take this file and rename it to exactly PC36IMG, then transfer it to the root of your sd card. Boot into hboot (hold down power and volume down) just let the phone sit, it'll scan for the PC36IMG, then ask you if you want to update, select yes.
After that boot normally.
Then power down again and boot into recovery. Make a new nandroid , then wipe cache and dalvik cache, boot normally, or try to flash a kernel.
There is an Icon in the app drawer that looks like a tophat and a magic wand, it is called setup. I think that is where you clicked the autosynch option.
If you rerun it and choose the other option will that take care of it?

Here are a couple of battery mods for MikG 3D. As always, nandroid first, wipe dalvik-cache and cache and flash. These are based on the zip provided by Granite.
Honeycomb
Speedo
Charging animations work and both are 1% increment.
Any issues, let me know. I have flashed both of these on MikG3D and had no issues.
Any screen shots for these battery mods?
I will get some after work and post them.
