I did not know about this. The FFC was one feature I didn't test since I never use it. However, it kind of makes sense since, in CM7 the FFC picture was originally upside down and TG had to put in a hack to make the picture right-side up and considering fOCk is the same kernel, I would assume that's why stock is now upside down...

I'll try reversing TG's hack and see if that makes any difference.
 
If I was going to try this for the first time do I just do 1.0.5? It said update in the zip name so wasn't sure if I could start there.
 
Went ahead and downloaded original zip and the update. May try this out as I am having way too many reboot issues with cm7 right now and can't afford to factory reset every day.

I just got my triumph yesterday and went to put minimal on it just minutes after 1.0.7 was up'd. I would go with 1.0.5, been using it since yesterday afternoon, heavy-ish use. My Intercept is going to my brother and he can drop kick it into a wall if he wants.
 
After various test I've gone back to Minimal Triumph v1.0.5 it is more stable..... i found fock kernel and the new egl to be buggy

What kind of bugs? Are you talking about with or without the EGL drivers? If it's with the drivers, then how is it without the drivers?

Kernel and egl many of my apps would randomly force close it was very difficult to listen to music since it kept closeing but I do admit video playback was a lot smoother :)
 
Is it possible to make it so that the app icons stay dark even after they get an update? It really messes up the whole look and feel of the rom.

can you please provide a list of apps that have gotten updated, we will make a zip that includes newest apps themed:D

Just off the top of my head I can name es file explorer, no frills cpu, gmail and the Play store. Also would it be possible to make the google plus and face book icon dark as well?
 
Just switched to Spb Shell 3D and I have to say it looks sexy with Minimal Triumph :D

minimal triumph 1.0.7 not working for me i followed all the instructions and when it boots up it just stays on a dark screen :/

Its labeled experimental because the updated adreno drivers and kernel only work on certain phones.... it worked for me but it was a little buggy so I'm back on v1.0.5
