i got outta the half brick by flashing harmonia 3, which is quite nice also leslie.... bryceee- im guessing youre s-off right?.... theo3000 you s-on or s-off?
 
any chance previous versions could be posted in change log so we'z could try an earlier version
 
I was afraid to do the wire trick cause I thought with my luck, I'll short out the system but I actually got it on the first try. It just makes things simpler.
 
when i re-enable the HTC lockscreen and add rosie.apk back to the system/app i cannot seem to get the shortcuts to appear on the lock-screen that corroborate with the launcher dock shortcuts. is there another dependent .apk that i am missing?
 
I am going to try to flash with GooManager.... I'll write up the details. I don't know if I am S-ON or S-OFF though.

Edit: Yep. I'm S-ON. I guess I need to get S-OFF (which will make my phone fully rooted) JEEZ! HTC IS A BUTT WHEN IT COMES TO THIS STUFF! WHY CAN'T IT BE LIKE THE TRIUMPH?!

That shouldn't be the case but i'll look at the apks i deleted and see its one of them
 
so for any of us that aren't too familiar with this, how would we flash the seperate kernel for this rom (since I still have s-on)?

fastboot into TWRP2
wipe cache/davlik/factory reset
install rom zip successful
adb into bootloader
flash boot.img and then do a reboot":::

which i thought sounded right but he got this:

"Tried this a few times now and it keeps loading up on the initial htc screen and hanging there. Not sure if I'm just being impatient for it to load up after waiting 12+ minutes?"

when i tried with twrp 1.1 i was stuck on same white screen, hadnt flashed the kernel yet because recovery was set to reboot after successful flash, i was wondering where the kernel boot img is supposed to be when i flash it though

That's because the latest version 1.0.4+ will half brick you if you "factory reset" It installs and boots perfectly fine if you do not "factory reset" only wipe cache / davlik cache

for anyone getting errors from Flashing the Zip version

*Note: I made this by Flashing the v1.0.4.1 Flashable zip so if you are S-OFF, have TWRP 1.1.1, and follow the directions exactly the way it tells you the Flashable Zip (Method 1) will flash perfectly fine just DON'T FACTORY RESET*
 
just tried w/ twrp 2.1.1 wiping only cache and dalvik and failed after verifying partition sizes
