It is better than stock. no issues. everything runs better.
 
Is there an option to flash this without having to factory reset? I flashed 1.0.3 yesterday, and I don't want to have to factory reset and get everything back the way I like it every time you come out with something new. I remember when I had my Triumph we could just flash the ROM update over the old one and it would be fine.

I know you posted a .zip to go from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4, so that covers me for today but are you always going to release a .zip to go from (current release - 1) to (current release) ?

Also, I'd like it if I when I hold down the power button, the option to go into airplane mode, and change to silent/vibration/sound were there. I miss that from the jmz_shooter rom

Make a nandroid of just your data and you won't have to restore all your apps and re-set everything back up. You'd just have to restore that data nandroid after flashing a new ROM
 
i was using twrp 1.1, just tried flashing harmonia with same steps and that seemed to work , looks like i might have to s-off for your rom...
 
I dont understand what issues they would have had o.O also with the sense lockscreen enabled last feature I want is holding the volume buttons to change the song. Otherwise amazing job mobster

Turns out there was an issue with the v1.0.4

v1.0 - v1.0.3 you had to wipe in order to not get an error

in v1.0.4+ you can't Factory Rest (Data Wipe) or you'll end up stuck at the Splash Screen With only a Nandroid Backup that could save you

This is probably due to the new framework-res.apk which means this phone is picky as hell!!!

This is due to the new framework-res.apk in v1.0.4+ This phone is definitely Feminine with all its Mood Swings
 
Tried 1.0.4 twice with full wipes each time. Waited on white HTC splash screen over 15 minutes before restoring from backup.

JUST flashed 1.0.4.1 after cache and Devlik-cache wipes but no factory reset, and still stuck on white splash screen. Been 6-7 minutes so far.:(

Any suggestions?

By half brick I mean if you data wipe and flash v1.0.4+ you will be bricked until you restore a Nandroid backup with at least

System
Data
Boot
Wimax

You can also try flashing another Rom like Harmonia 3 that might unbrick you.....

I've still got a good backup and have used it once already today, so the half-brick isn't a problem. I really wanted to try your ROM, so I'll just go ahead and restore my stock one until things get figured out.

I flashed 1.0.4 and just wiped cache and dalvik cache.

Edit: I was on version 1.0.1, flashed 1.0.3 then used the 1.0.3-to-1.0.4 upgrade zip that Mobz posted earlier.
