thats the problem i don't have the lghome now and and that's your opinion on liking ADW, shouldn't force others to have to use it. Don't call this stock when its not.
Well excuse me mr.crybaby. let me change the name of the rom to " fully stock rom with LG home replaced with adw launcher".
I think its hilarious that someone would rather have that hidious lghome launcher rather than adw.
And maybe you should change your approach on how you ask for things around here. You could have simply said," could someone please let me know how to change back to the stock LG launcher.I don't like adw launcher"...but since you wanted to complain about something giving to you for free that I worked on for everyone else but myself (I don't even use the optimus m anymore,I have an evo) you won't get any help other than this.
Take my rom zip file put it on your desktop.open it with winrar or 7zip. Drag LGHome into /system/app replacing the existing LGHome.apk.now flash rom and you'll have your plain boring stock launcher.
You can find the apk yourself.I've already gave you more information than I wanted to with that attitude.
And just for that,im gonna pull this download off so nobody can use it! Make your own rom!

No frankly its just the plain honest truth. As a dev myself I know what it takes to do these roms for the community and if a dev didn't ask for requests of what was or wasn't to be included then its at the dev digression as what he/she does to it. If u or anyone else doesn't like it you have 3 choices, 1) be grateful n use it as is, 2) change it yaself, 3) nicely request a change. But bitching n whining like a spoiled brat will get u nowhere but out in the cold by yaself.

Dude, if ya hate that much don't use it. Otherwise just pull the lghome from a system backup.
Not to mention ADW blows the stock launcher out if the water.
You could theme the ADW to look like the stock LG Home. I have mine with ICS Icons but the dock is set up like HTC's Sense. Looks clean. And I change the background regularly, so that its something new.

its in the boot.img file inside the zip file of the ROM, not that easy to change, you would have to just replace the boot.img file which is 10x easier to do...

I am running the 2.2.2 ROM with no problems and at the moment I am also running the Flash Player 11 from XDA designers forums as well with little issues, it starts a little sluggish but smooths out in a few seconds, but as far as your rom, it has been running good for me.is anyone running the 2.2.2 ROM with NO problems?? cuz i havent had once FC OR reboot...or any other bug for that matter...just want to make sure its user error and NOT the ROM..

Mike, I don't know what his problem is, but I thank you for all the hard work you put into making the stock rom to be great to use now, I like it and have been making minor tweaks to it to make it the way I want to use it on my phone, and I don't know about that guy, but I love the ADW Launcher, it is as good as GO Launcher in many ways, I like both the ADW and GO launchers, they give you so much control on how you can use your phones. I personally thank you for ripping out that piece of trash launcher from LG and giving us something usefull to have in its place.

I had the same problem you have when I was running the LG fully stock rom on my phone, but when I flashed Kelso's rom, I was able to load it and it worked, I also went to the Flash Player 11. something too, and it works as well, I got the Flash Player I have from the XDA Designers forums, if Kelso doesn't mind, I will post the 11 version here for anyone else who wants to use it. Like I said, it works with Kelso's modified 2.2.2 rom, with an arm 6 processor. I am currently working on cleaning up the choppiness in the first few seconds of the videos. Hopefully I will have some success in that, but after the first few seconds, the video plays okay.
Anyway I am posting the Flash Player 11 here if Kelso doesn't mind, if he does, I will remove it.

Okay I uploaded the file as it came from the XDA Designers forums, it was a Zip file, though it said it was an apk file, anyway I have the apk as well so try both and see which one works. I know it works on Kelsos Mod ROM, so feel free to try and see how it works, and let me know.

Just being respectful. I also had the problem with the a2sd, daying my SD card is unmounted, when I know it was mounted, but no problem I have an app manager that will allow me to move any app to the sd, even system apps. But I don't think I will go quite that far for internal space just yet. Other than that, this ROM has been smooth sailing since in installed it. Thanks for the Mod and I am hoping to learn to develope ROM's and Mods and Apps for the phone as well. I know my way around programming for Visual C++ and Visual Basic, learning Java now, also know SQL and MySql as well. I build, repair, upgrade and remove Virus' from computers that your A/V programs don't get. Now I am trying out a new venu, the Android phones. And thanks to you and others here, you have helped me greatly when I was lurking, but now I have to let myself be known. And hopefully be able to help someone else later on that needs it. Hence my posting of the Flash Player 11. Again Kelso, thanks greatly for the help you gave me on things here.

So I've been working slot on themeing for my EVO. But to drop some nice new themes in the next few days. First one will be green. The next will be pink. Cuz there's still nothing on here for the ladies to rock out. ( plus my girls is chewing my ears off about it)

sorry, but which kernel should I use to flash this rom? I'm trying to improve my dad's phone and so far I've only gotten to root it and deleted all the bloatware. could someone link me the kernel recommended for this rom? any help would be greatly appreciated!
