could be a number of things lol not just trying to stick up for my rom or anything but in all seriousness it could just be random.. i personally dont think the actual root of the problem was taken care of.. i think they just put a bandaid over it and hoped for the best... explains why the phone's not being distributed anymore (alongside many other reasons.. lol)

but also there is a VERY HIGH chance you got a bad DL.. the site im using for uploading these was having issues in the past with bad up/downloads and blah blah blah but basically i suggest maybe try to download it 1 more time then reflash.. if that doesn't solve it than im sorry lol not sure what it could be exactly...

I've had that happen. It's usually like an issue with the voicemail telling they phone it's clear.

You don't. It just goes away., keep checking your voice mail and it will eventually reset.

I mean if it bothers you that much you can delete the icon or re flash the ROM and hope it doesn't come back. It's just an icon

It's aggravating though i know it would bother me too.

Try pulling the battery for ten to twenty minutes.

try throw it on airplain mode, then reboot to recovery (keeping it in airplane mode) wipe cache & dalvik, them power off for 5 mins, power back and check dont forget to turn airplane mode back off lol
