so, for some reason in this rom (or any other rom maybe..idk) we cant seem to make the governors we want to stick after rebooting

could be worst..could be an apple update.
personally i think its runnning pretty smooth..alot smoother then the last few updates..flashed it about 6 hours ago and it seems to be fine.
got a long day at work tomorrow so we'll see how battery strength is..ive also got it clocked at 921. cant wait.
only things i didnt like too much were the "+Msg" button being so short lol and the notifications screen transparency..but i wanna fix that for myself

Do tell how your phone + the battery tested out. I want to flash this update today. I didn't have time yesterday lol if i did i wouldn't have got any sleep to go to eork

Hey Ldrifra. I found a way to get the governers to stick this morning. Been monitoring it all day on my phone and so far its working.
In "no frills cpu" touch the 3 small Squares at the top right of the screen. Touch settings. Check the box that says "prevent changes". I have had my governor set on smartass2 For 6 hours now and it is sticking.

You're wrong. Lol. Seems like apps take longer to open. And everytime i try and overclick it crashes the phobe. Maybe my phone diesnt like the kernel

I'm just kidding there tuffguy. You know they throw so many different parts in womanhood different phones that some specific devices just don't play well with certain roms, kernals, mods, etc.

For example, my phone just f n hates Drifta! (Hey bud! Wus happenin!)

I suffer with random reboots on mine. Never ever had the prob when running black plaque or gingersteem, only started when I installed rom 2. If I flash a PG rom, the prob goes aWay.

Butttttt.... I'm still rocking rom 2 cuz its boss. Big boss. Great big hairy boss.

seems you are correct :D thank you for the find!! lol it also seems if you shut off the safety valve it will it will stop giving you the error message of unsafe shutdown & keep your settings applied :D

well yeah... of coarse it drains faster if you OC lol, your not required to OC the rom... it's just capable of it now :D

should i just supply the speed kernel back in the rom?

You should just make it complicated and remove the boot IMG from the rom zip and post them separate and let everyone try and figure it out and which one they want Ahaha

Honestly no one will be happy unless it's they're way so I'd just post 2 different versions just hush them up.

lol if i leave no kernel in it will still just boot with whatever kernel was previously in there, then that would cause issues because module wouldn't match and nobody's wifi etc would work LOL, people know where to find stuff... i dont need to do nuthin!!!!! all my shit should be sticky'd anyway hahaha just one Big L sticky?? :D bwahahaa J/K

Has anyone else had any problems with your phone rebooting randomly? Ever since I got 2.4 it's been happening like an average of 3 times a day. When I 2.5 came out I thought the issue would be fixed but it might have even gotten worse. Any suggestions?
