Root [ROM] Number Two (#2) v3.0.1 {ZVE}

Ldrifta... Wanted to take the time to thank you for all of your hard work on this ROM. I am liking this one a lot! Simple, clean and fast!! Great job!
 
Ld if it is not to much trouble could you make a flashable zip of that awesome boot animation i cannot seem to get it back after flashing a new theme. thanks

Just use 7Zip to pull it out of the ROM.zip. The boot animation is already a zip you can just use file manager to place it where it needs to go. System/media
 
1.8 baby that's the name of the game running excellent that is it I promise my phone I wont flash for a while and give her a break unless ldrifta says otherwise lol

hey man.. when i was uploading the files last night i got a heads up from the provider from 'dev-host' that people have been experiencing issues with uploading/downloading files.. so it could possibly be a bad DL.. jus sayinn... lol
 
I tried over 4 times same result. I wiped data, cache, dalvik cache, and installed. I re-downloaded the file and same result. Hangs when restoring with tibu and when you reboot it hangs at the boot logo... Never ending boot logo. 1.8t3 works great... I don't know why i am having issues with 1.8

The only time I have Tit BU hang is on system apps that I have uninstalled and are trying to restore. Everything else uninstalls and restores just fine. But at some point you have to delete your TIT BU folder and start fresh with new backups because it gets cluttered up REAL quick in there. I would try that before anything. It's time consuming but you clean up a lot of garbage.
 
So far after a full day, 1.8 seems to be doing great. No issues to report on my end, but I also delete just about every damn thing on the phone so my opinion prolly wouldn't help. Hahaha.

I delete all the mail apps, gtalk, all music apps, all bluetooth apps, all hidden menus incl Oma, downloads,clock, alarm, widgit picker, camera, all DRM apps, maps, my uplaods, pico, all TTS voice apps, vpn and WAP.

Yeah I dont think my opinion holds validity. Hahahaha

Haha. Basically. Talking and Web. I dont play games because its a waste of battery.

I dont use blue tooth because I have no need. I have an Mp3 player so i dont need music apps. I delete the voice stuff because im not lazy. ;) All the other stuff is just garbage.

I use my phone for learning, so I can help the schmucks when they tear something up. :D
 
Same here fuzzy. Lol I find it hard for me to actually play a game on my phone. I delete theme within a day or two

There is no bootanimation in system/media and when i put Ldriftas in there it is still the same one that came with the beastcandy theme
 
First off thanks for this rom! Right now I'm on 1.8 & I just noticed while on a phone call , I had another call coming in & nothing showed on the caller id. There was no option to switch over , it just showed who I was talking to . Anyone else having this issue or should I just reflash?
 
How is 1.8 running on most of you guys? I'm on 1.6.1 and doing great!
Any opinions on 1.8?

Btw, Ldrifta I don't get what we have to edit on the launcher preferences on 1.8? Give me a heads up on that? :\
