I can't download any player from Market

i just went and downloaded a few different music player apps and it worked fine.. the hosting site was having issues, im gonna upload the rom to another place for you guys.. download the rom again and re-install. wipe EVERYTHING prior so were sure the issues are resolved and sorry for the problems

Yeah its work for me too but the buttons don't on the player inside the status bar. Don't get me wrong I love.this ROM and your work. On not trying to be a dick and out this and that hell I'm using 1.8 now just not going to try and install power amp

well, here's something... i uninstalled all the players including my version of power amp, then went to get the trial off market and no luck.. :/ so i think the app is having some issues.. doesn't make sense for everything else to install fine but that..

well, here's something... I uninstalled all the players including my version of power amp, then went to get the trial off market and no luck.. :/ so i think the app is having some issues.. Doesn't make sense for everything else to install fine but that..

o it gets better.. lol after the failed install jus sat there i decided to back out of everything, then i plugged in my device so i could mount the storage and it just started sitting there.. so i did a reboot straight into a loop... what the hell happened there..?

well the sad truth is it IS my fault :/ set bad dexopt flag values.. for those of you who haven't had to re-install yet ill provide a new build.prop to flash over on OP sorry guys i messed up on that one.. i just tested and it's all fixed!! updating OP now!

Just 7zip the files over to the theme.

edit the build.prop line under # 3d performance

dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags=v=n,o=a,u=y

to this

dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags=v=n,o=v

You could copy and paste all of them in or flash the fix

The 1.8 fix is just to overwrite the issues some were having with the settings in the build prop

See that's odd that some have issues-I have not with TB or a music app-using the original setting(think I'll ride it out another day or two)

I know what you mean me personally do a full wipe I will just leave it at 1.8.1 unless its a big update

thanks for the update bud, also wanted everyone to look into Rocket Player for alternate player, its great just like power amp, mainly used for a backup player when power amps starts tripping.

If you are just upgrading the rom you don't have to wipe. Just flash it over. Been doing it since 1.5.

I'm not at home with all my tools. What war inside that center clock download i saw on here?

Its an xml inside system ui.apk. Trying to remember which one it is that changes the order. message superuser he should know which one it is.

All you gotta do is pull that xml and swap it over.
