Root [ROM][PORT][FINAL] MIUI 1.11.25-Triumph | 113011-2 (GB 2.3.7 based)

excited for todays update isaac :)

Wow, I totally didn't expect this, but I did a wipe (I always wipe and test builds before I release) and I have 260 RAM free and 87 used (347 total)! That means we have most of our RAM back on MIUI. I also bumped the GPU memory back up and tried out some games like Pollushot and Cut the rope. They all play fine.

I won't say you *need* to update, but in order to feel the full effect of the new build (added RAM among other fixes), I would wipe data before flashing.

Links will be posted when they're finished uploading.

Happy MIUI-ing everyone.

Oh lol I always wipe my data, thought it was mandatory. but thats great news for everybody who hasn't wiped their data and experiences low memory ! (:

It's up! Consume...

Make sure to check the changelog. (I'm still updating it, so check it again later).

Also, make sure to pay attention to the tips. There are some really handy ones that are applicable to the new build and MIUI in general.

MIUI Tips

  • If you find the launcher is slightly sluggish, go into launcher settings and turn OFF "Keep in memory" and "Hi-res graphics." I find that I need to cycle Hi-res to notice any change.
  • If you get those annoying 9999999 garbled messages like I do, simply block them by utilizing the Firewall. (thanks to dg61981 for the tip)
  • While the light sensor is fixed, I found certain options make it behave funny. To fix this, simply go to "Settings" --> "Display Settings" --> "Advanced mode" (under Brightness) and disable "Light sensor filter." After doing this, lock the screen or turn auto-brightness off and on to reset ALS.
  • Since build 1.10.7-10122011-3, Torch has been re-added. One cool feature is the ability to toggle Torch from the lockscreen. Simply press the Home key while on the lockscreen.

Isaac wow thanks for the shout out in the tips section! I never expected u to list one of my tips ever. That's awesome man I sincerely appreciate that.

Thank you Issac, you are the man, I haven't tested it out yet, but I am loving miui!

So now I have two major updates iOs for my iPod and miui for my phone.. Life is Good.

Also next payperiod I will throw some change your way, It wont be anything significant but a token of my gratification for making all possible even for someone who knows enough to get himself in trouble :)

Stops twitching after refreshing the browser... download... recovery... restore MIUI nandroid backup... wipe data... load new MIUI... PROFIT!

Is anyone else's camera not working? In the new build? I formatted the system befor updating
It says( can't connect camera.)

updated miui and restored a miui backup and it's boot looping. guess that doesn't work :P

Yeah, I ran into that problem. I think it boot loops because I removed the MIUI updater. I believe the MIUI backup tool *should* work just fine now that my MIUI port is getting settled. Since there were some big changes between 1.9.30 to 1.10.7 (my changes at least), it's best to wipe.

The MIUI feedback widget has been removed because it was tied to the MIUI updater. If you guys want the updater and widget back, I can easily re-add it.
