Lol, thanks man. It's always appreciated.
Look out for the new build coming today.
Can't wait for the new build! you didn't happen to include the recovery reboot option in this one did you? that would be awesome! anyhow you are the man isaac!!!!!

For people who heavily rely on wifi like me, I have found a fix, but it drains battery
1st do this : disable the wifi lockup fix:
open /system/etc/firmware/wlan/qcom_cfg.ini in the text editor
change gEnableSuspend=2 to gEnableSuspend=3
You can do this directly on the phone using ES File Explorer with the Root Explorer option enabled and the Mount File System option enabled in the Settings so that I can save my changes back to the phone. (thanks to mantera)
After you do this reboot, and once the phone has rebooted, go in the market and download Advanced Wifi Lock (This app forces wifi to stay connected when the screen is turned off and should work on all devices)....Note: This app uses a wake-lock to prevent the phone from sleeping, leaving the phone in a wake-state for too long will use excessive battery power.
Launch the app and apply your settings.
No, I just fixed USB tether.
I had an update today and it completely screwed up my dev laptop. Everything should be salvageable, but I don't have time to set up fresh install. This means no build will be coming today.
When using the MIUI AOSP browser sans WiFi I get Chinese yahoo and the browser loads most pages in Chinese, e.g. youtube, facebook and others. I've been using opera mini as a work around, but it doesn't do flash. Is there a way around being funneled through Chinese servers? Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining. I'm just wondering.

This is working perfectly! Wifi doesn't sleep and Finally no more phone reboots!
Thank you very much!
hahaha...no problem, i've been on it all day! with no issues, im finally using this rom as my everyday ROM
Question: when we update to the new build, do we have to changed that line again using the es explorer or no?
yup, well i guess if you format everything and all that

Can I run this directly over top of CM7 without issues with compatibility between apps? I'm running TG's beta 3 ATM. I just wanted to try both out, lol. thanks.
Thanks djboi2011!! This is amazing.
I haven't tried it long enough to see its adverse effects on the battery yet but hopefully it won't be too bad. Just as long as it doesn't get worse than stock's battery drain then I will be happy.
Its so very refreshing not having the wakeup lag anymore as well.
PS: I'd post this in the CM7 thread as well, as I'm sure it would work on CM7 too.
