I've heard of a partitioning method. Folders.
Just sayin'. Android phones and SD cards are nowhere near large enough capacity (that the masses have acquired and are using) to warrant a need to partition anything. A hard drive, I understand, Android 4.2 on 32GB or 64GB of storage capacity with multiple users (e.g., tablets), I understand (and Google is working diligently on this, but even they haven't perfected it yet). Android phones and SD cards? The most anyone should realistically need is just some folders. My rule of thumb is that if I wouldn't partition a flashdrive, I'm not going to partition anything flash-memory based, and that includes phones.
