You cannot and do not want to partition your SD card thus far. Your phone recognizes your internal memory as your primary SD card which you don't want to partition and as for the external SD card there's no way to partition that I know of, nor at the moment would you have any reason to do so. Johnisherenow, seems to currently be working on and experimenting around with this type of thing

I've heard of a partitioning method. Folders.

Just sayin'. Android phones and SD cards are nowhere near large enough capacity (that the masses have acquired and are using) to warrant a need to partition anything. A hard drive, I understand, Android 4.2 on 32GB or 64GB of storage capacity with multiple users (e.g., tablets), I understand (and Google is working diligently on this, but even they haven't perfected it yet). Android phones and SD cards? The most anyone should realistically need is just some folders. My rule of thumb is that if I wouldn't partition a flashdrive, I'm not going to partition anything flash-memory based, and that includes phones.

N.O.V.A.3 GAME APP says it's not compatable with the OE. I thought that was a memory issue.

My first thought would be the Android version. Second would be memory (which you can check under System Settings :) ), and third would be another software incompatibility issue aside from Android version or, fourthly, Hardware. It could be any number of things such as hardware or software compatibility. We're not on the latest TEGRA or Snapdragon, here, it is a budget device after all.

There is a video on you tube that a guy with a galaxy y has and he uses cwm does the whole thing in like 5mins and another guy he does it with Rom manager pro, off I knew how to add links I would bit u can't miss it off u look for partition ur sd card on you tube.

It's not impossible to partition an SD card for a phone, or for Android, it's just totally unnecessary until storage capacities get large enough and there is real, good reason to do so. But that's just my experienced opinion.

I second the vote for Paragon. Very high quality partition work for PCs too.

Ahhh, I was under the impression that partitioning wasn't working...or reliable for our device due to how the internal and external cards are set up. I could've sworn I read somewhere that our device won't read a partition and I think I remember Pune saying not to partition internal SD, either way that rules out both cards......unless I missed something. I thought we've already established that you can't move apps to external SD partitioned or not anyway?

I vote Paragon if you're going to do partition work for anything. It was a general statement, following the one I said about not partitioning anything Android because 1) Pune's right, 2) you're right, and 3) it's pointless.

Ok well I won't mess with it then, the side on the video used link 2sd and cwm skin something or other ok I'm just gunna wait on ur final version of Sleipnir Artin. And I'll be with done with the OE. Thanks 4 all ur help to everyone that have me a hand. Nice to meet u all.

I just figured out why so many people are having issues with the current build....

Artine uploaded a year old build. I'm sure once he uploads the 2013 version all the problem will go away....

:p

Thanks so much.

Lets see how many people reflash their phones. LOL

Ummm HELP THIS IS THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW MY PICS AND MOVIES HAVE BEEN MYSTERIOUSLY DELETED FROM MY SD CARD.

It's either the app you're using, or they're in a different location than you're looking. If you have an external sd card, check both your internal and external sd cards. Both might have a DCIM folder, and that may be within a folder under the name of the camera app you're using. This is not a ROM problem.

I think that messed up some stuff I took screen shots to show but I don't kno how to upload them I want to flash the 2.3.9 this is frustrating my I wiped my data too last time I flashed back to the 2.3.8. that shows in TiBu says my rom(s) are taking up massive space is this normal I have 5 zips on my phone sd 2 of which I don't kno y they are there like lgoe pernal and another one that's slipping my seniamind plus versions 2.3.8 2.3.9 and stock odexed I'll be back to c wit that other is
