for some strange reason, whenever I try to use the screenshot function, I get an error. MBitmap = null, then Bitmap saved to null. :/

I've been aware of that as well. I'll need to test the ICS Elite ROM again and scrub through all of its files again to see what they changed, but so far I haven't found anything that could fix that. In the interim time between v2.0.5 and myself and Hashtag's work on solving the remapping issue, I'm working on the null screenshot saving too. That being said, there's an app called screenshot it from the market that people can use.

Also, this update may or may not have fixed the TTS problems. If not, then I know what should.

TTS still isn't working for me. When I open Text-to-speech settings, I get the "Sorry! the application stopped unexpectedly" message.



BTW: I do like the return to the message bubbles.

Seems like the alarm app in your rom is no longer producing any sound. Tried everything to get it to make sounds instead of just vibrating. Now im using the HTC One V as my alarm until I figure what could be the problem.

Note: This didn't happen until I updated to 2.0.4. Going to try 2.0.5 to see if it fixes the problem.

The alarm worked for me in both the 2.0.4 and 2.0.5. Maybe because I am not using the vibrate?

I keep my phone on silent/vibrate and alarms work just fine for me. And thanks for the update on TTS, v2.0.6 should have it fixed.

Make sure to check the lock screen with alarm set > see how icon runs into the lock slider (looks sloppy) > also can we get a battery % on lock-screen without having it plugged in? =)

Is anyone else having an issue with Caps locks Secretly getting turned and stuck on? no indication* this keyboard has done this with Harmonia ,tagged , slepnir and its predecessors.

There is a small indicator; it's a little green glowing dot on the stock keyboard that indicates that caps lock is on. And, any keyboard is better than the stock one, and plenty are available for free. Also, I actually never noticed the alarm clock icon thing for the stock slide-to-unlock lock screen, because I never use it because I still butt dial people with that lock screen. That icon is pulled directly from the ICS Elite ROM. It's a part of their theme, and I'll see what I can do.

As for having a battery % on the screen without having it plugged in; that's redundant. It says your percentage on the status bar already, showing it twice, more often, is more repetitive.

v2.0.6 is go. It only includes the TTS fix (fingers crossed!).

And as soon as Haghtag has his Theme Chooser updated (since I rebuilt the UI when I rebuilt Sleipnir from the ground up), it will be included as well. The Search remap is still being worked on.

On a bright note. Ten hours on battery, and it's at 81% ...... this rom is BAD A$$!!!!

Thanks, can you give me a quick noob guide on how to install this using Total Commander. I know you have to move to system/app but it keeps telling me denied when I try to Cut and Paste from my SD card

Remount the /system/app folder as R/W, then you can do it. To get it to install, just move it to that folder after it has been remounted as R/W. Copy/Paste should work then. Then reboot your phone, and it should install automatically.

I was able to paste it but it keeps crashing I assume because when I pasted it asks to overwrite K9 which was also named email.apk so I chose yes. When I reboot it instantly gives me an error message saying email unexpectedly closed

Then use something like Titanium Backup to freeze, then uninstall, the current email.apk. Then copy the old email apk that you wanted to replace the current one with, back over to /system/app and then reboot. You should be good.

Otherwise, simply open up the ROM zip with WinRAR, the default compression level set to Normal, then delete the Email.apk from the ROM under /system/app and drop in the email.apk I gave you a few posts ago, close the window, then from your phone format /system, then flash the ROM with the changed email.apk and you should be good. If all else fails, I can do it and give you a version with the alternative email.apk.

Correct. The ROM actually has been stable probably since early versions of AEgir, with only a hitch here or there. Or at minimum since it was based on Tagged. And I rebuilt Sleipnir from scratch over Thanksgiving weekend because things were getting messy and unorganized on the dev-ving end.

No. That's 2.0.5. Everything afterwards, and including that build, are much more organized and clean.

You should add the screen animation's from TAGGED.. like between screens it does something almost like the the screen off then it comes back exactly the opposite. Ie opening Facebook.

The mediafire links are always getting deleted. Although it works sendspace is always slow for me.
