Root [ROM][STABLE] Hybrid III aka v3

Do we hav 2 flash it lyk evry othr rom or sum othr method coz I read description thread n sum part confused me...

Lot of things posted in same thread making me confused abt flashing ROM.
Varun i downloaded H3.. plz correct me if i had to download new as i read in a article dat link is updated.. Wen it was updated?

If not den tell wat changes had to be done.. .. .. .. ..

The link is totally updated.
Just flash it.
No need to change or delete anything now.
Everything is corrected.
Just flash it now.

To all who want to use Link2sd on this rom required to do this before installing apps:
1. Disable dta2sd 1st. U have system tuner in the rom, open it,go to terminal,tick "su" and type "a2sd remove" without quote and hit "run".
Phone will restart.
2. U can check whether it has done its job by issuing "a2sd check" at terminal with su privileges..U should see now tick(* or !) against app & app-private running from internal memory.
3. Now install Link2sd & create mount scripts. Restart the phone.
4. After restarting, open link2sd n verify that 2nd partition is mounted.
5. Now u r good to go. Install your apps n link them or restore your backup using titanium.
6. I recommend to restore apps only,not data because sometimes restoring data creates problem particularly when backing up rom n restoring rom are different.

I just want to know when it was updated.. as i downloaded Hybrid 3 on last Wednesday.. .. .. .. ..
Also think Hybrid 1 is also updated right?

hybrid 3 was updated on Dec 9.
And yes hybrid 1 is also updated but don't download it because it is giving status 6 error while flashing.
 
ok guys I moved into Hybrid 3 this morning after failing to boot from sam's second method of GB :( .

listed below is what I did. pls suggest what more I should do.

1.wipe data/factory reset then wipe cache, wipe dalvik & flashed the rom.

2. booted into new rom. rebooted into recovery and from advanced restore restored data and sd-ext of the old stock rom but not the cache. rebooted to phone.

3. I got my old settings intact. used system tuner to under clock to 122 (lower limit), scheduler set to performance. set to init.d.

4. uninstalled link2sd. rebooted. installed link2sd fresh. ran mount scripts. rebooted. now link2sd working fine. (read your post regarding link2sd just now doc. should I run a2sd remove. will do it as you say).

5. why did not the normal widgets work while the go widget worked. Is it because I did not restore the cache partition.

6. flash apk got restored when link2sd came back. haven't checked flash playback yet.

Flash working fine for me in Dolphin HD, played videos on youtube too,working nice.
N for widgets,just reload them,it will solve the problem.(may be u have done already by this time)
N regarding a2sd, i have written earlier that u should/must do it to avoid dual links n confusion to system.
I am trying to figure out how to completely remove a2sd from rom cause link2sd is better for me, but not found yet.sent pm to its creator on xda too,waiting for his reply.(a2sd got deactivated by "a2sd remove" but still it launches dtinstall on each boot which creates unnecessary log files in /data.n if u simply remove app2sd script from init.d phone goes to boot loop,never started for me,had to flash again.)
 
Examz overrr yuppiiee.... just practical left that's easy...!! All probz of a2sd and link2sd is solved in v1.3 will upload today for sure .....

@ aditya - which Widgets u r talking about?
 
R all d probs in dis rom been rectified?? or stud I wait fr sum othr rom.. Rite nw m using ashwa rom v2..
 
If u don't flash with that,
There will be no customization meaning no status bar color change and other changes they are shown in screen shots
