Root [ROM][WIP]CM7.2.0 RC1-BobZ

Latest release runs smooth and fast I love it. But it is always freezing for 10 seconds and then rebooting when using apps like the browser and games, once it even just froze and rebooted by me opening up the app drawer.

Back to the 2-2-12 rom.
 
hi there, i have a little and annoying problem. When i answer a phone call or when i put it close to my ear or move it from there (when i use the sensor) always vibrate, i know is a cool feature but is annoying after a while, i try to unselect on settings but nothing, still there, any way to do it?
By the way, i can use a individual ringtones for contacts, a easy way to fix it?

Bob, do you still need the logcat log? also which is your prefered method of delivery? Do you want it from boot to finish, or just the intent area?

I have logs already, but i was up pretty late, so I'm gonna redo them just to try to have them be as short as possible.

hey bob... something curious i think you might want to check out... I just tried a factory reset after the MMS fix, and it seems the changes stuck... so I went into the metroff zip and noticed in mpcs.sh the only real change made that would survive a factory reset.

ro.cdma.home.operator.numeric = 310027


So I did a small test... I made that change in the 32412rom and guess what... the changes stuck! I did not include the MMS.apk.

I'm gonna redo this to make sure I'm not just tripping...

edit: just to be clear, I wiped all the partitions on my phone before seeing if this would work :D

So u flash it once and u never have to do it again 0.o
 
It would seem having the cmda HOME network operator number is pretty damn important the first time around :p
 
Every time I download an application from Market I get an error saying " Package file is invalid." Then I can't download the app. Do you know how to fix this?

You need to flash apps2sd and then install it from the play store. It worked for me, unfortunately it's pretty glitch-y. I love this rom but if Bob were to script apps2sd it would be even better.
