Root [ROM][WIP]CM7.2.0 RC1-BobZ

Ok. I couldn't get the version in the original post to boot, but I downloaded the one you posted a few posts up and was able to boot. No mms out of the box though. The power widget buttons seem flakey (they don't work right away and I have to reboot to get them to register that I've selected them, especially the airplane mode button). I'll keep testing over the weekend and post more later. I am running at 768 pretty smoothly. :-)

Edit: I was also able to get Swype installed and running this time 'round. Yay for Swype!

I flashed this one. Everything was working great until the next day I couldn't download anything off the market, or off my browser; I couldn't install anything either. So i re-flashed the ROM, and my phone data was acting all weird. Force closing, and rebooting started after a while.
Went back to last months build since none of that happened.
 
I got 2 reboots since I've re-flashed this rom. Other than that, it's pretty stable...and fast. :) But I'll troubleshoot and see if I could work around the reboots.
 
Ok so i finally decided to get cm7 source. just one question how did you get the new lock screens do they come with the cm7.0.1 source. and how did you make your rom only 55mbs?

Yes, lock screens come when you sync with CM7.
I don't include a bunch of stuff...Examples:
English only - No other languages
No themes - If wanted, it can be downloaded from market
No live wallpaper - If wanted, it can be downloaded from market
 
Ok well i got it compiled. But have a problem. One is it always goes into fastboot unless i restore my boot.img with CWM. Any idea what can cause this?
 
I can't download any apps from the market O.o i tried to download Paper Zombie, Angry Birds, Go Launcher Ex (update), and Supersonic... they wouldn't even start to download- but you could see the download bar loading and it would disappear. I also tried downloading over wifi, and phone data, but nothing happened. I can install apps from the BlackMart, and 4shared, but why not the market?
I'm using Bobz ROM, on his latest update, and using the gapps with the old market.
Any help is greatly appreciated :) Thanks.
 
I'm switching back to the 11-13 build as well. I love love the new one, but its just so so unstable. I cant let my memory dip below 300MB or it was like the end of the world. Everything starts crashing. Its so odd.
 
And I do give you big Props Bobzhome and the other devs that helped put Cyanogenmod together for out phone. As it gives me something to do everyday instead getting into trouble lol.
 
Well for bobzhomes new rom i would go with Playfulgods Plaque kernel. And a kernel is the heart of any android. If it wasnt for linux kernel androids wouldnt be what they are today.

Link please <3 And I would flash this in recovery right? Or with terminal emulator?
 
Found plague_v.2.0 on the wiki. Flashed it. Stuck at bootlogo. >A< Gonna restore NAND.


update: NAND is failing to restore ;-; Scareddd. Losing data here.
update: Nvm<3 thank god. It went suddenly after a couple tries.
