Root [ROM][YACR] CM 7.1-Reppard

So I did flash the right one than. i'm confused tho. Ppl ate talking about the screen on/off animations are working now. Am I missing something? Lol

Animations are not working on reppards current build. I believe he has updated the kernel to include new video drivers but he hasn't uploaded it yet

no, he knows he doesnt need said drivers, but knows the fix now ;)

Yup :) and thank you. Just been trying to get my build back up since kernel.org got hacked. I guess I can just add the kernel to the current build and add a2sd for an update.

what version of DT are you gonna put in here? Do I have to make my partition an ext4 or can I keep it as ext3?

EDIT: also do you include supercharger v6 in this ROM?

Can somebody help me with my memory card situation? I have this ROM installed (BEST rom ever, btw), but then I noticed the market wouldn't let me download certain apps so I looked into it and did the partitioning & flashing A2SD. It finally got apps to download but now when I tried putting all my wiped media back on the 2gb sdcard it tells me I'm out of room already when I had all that stuff on it before the wipe. I didn't really get what to do when I had to partition it in Recovery because explanations on the here were vague & I didn't understand, so I just put 64 for the first one entry and the second one I forget. Can someone explain (& dumb down) every detail on how to do it correctly for our phone please?

For the partitioning you should have set 0 for the first and whatever you want for apps as the second, I would recommend 512 or more.

Then after installing a2sd you should run "a2sd datasd" and "a2sd zipalign" in adbshell or terminal emulator.

Thanks! Do I have to reflash the a2sd after partitioning again? & Do I HAVE to run those with terminal emulator to fix it? I was thinking could you, or someone explain in full detail on how to do all that from beginning to end? I'm still new to all this, but it'd help me greatly if you could do that for me.

No, you don't need to reflash a2sd after partitioning but you are going to have to "a2sd remove" BEFORE repartitioning to put everything back on internal. Then after repartition is done "a2sd install" You don't have to use terminal though. There's an app in the market called a2sdgui that'll do everything for you.

or you can make a backup of the ext partition by itself, and then re-partition, and then restore the backup, do it all while in recovery, and when you reboot, viola, repartitioned and working

Are you on wifi or mobile data? Could be that market is updating to the latest version. It won't open while it's downloading, and it doesn't tell you what it's doing either.
ugh app store keeps giving me problem just wont open flash gapps good what could be the issue?

Updated the OP and Rom. Wipe both cache and dalvik-cache and flash. Added a2sd so if you have your apps your ext3 partition they will survive the flash! Just dont forget to wipe the cache.

Flashed. Screen lag gone. On/off animations are nice. Can't wait for the update. The boot time on the phone is really slow.
