I've got decent WiFi. I read a post somewhere recently that recommended formatting my sd card vfat would help. Gonna try that. Otherwise, maybe I'll try the other rom and see what happens.

I don't think Tmo is the issue, I had a similar problem with the first JX! and it's from removing certain metro bloat, but I had someone on your end (@The-Truth) testing constantly until we found a happy medium of debloat and still maintain functionality. This was technically my last debloat try while adding the FOTAkill.apk to stop update nags. Ty- for letting me know! I appreciate it. Just flash the FOTAkill.zip to make use of that app if needed. I'll remove the bad ROM and link. [emoji6]JR#2 just stalls out on the zte splash screen for me. I have the T-Mobile iteration. Idk if that has anything to do with it. Re-installed the first one, still works great. Love it.
Yes! That's only temp-Root. You need to use Rashr.apk or Flashify to install CWM so you can flash a ROM with built in permaRoot.. Like my Stock ROMs or my tweaked J011y Xper!ment. Cwm will be your phone's lifesaver and enabler cuz your system is "write protected". In fact, I collaborated with @The-Truth to do those ROMs.. He may be good assistance for getting you where ya need to be and give those ROMs a try.. The Xper!ment ROM is as debloated as you'll be able to get without System crashing, plus also deodexed for the possible use of Xposed installer, which many ppl love. [emoji41]Hey guys, im having a problem, after I successfully rooted my concord 2 with kingoroot and reboot my device, my root goes away. Does anyone have a fix? Would be super helpful.

im trying to find the cwm i am suppose to download and cant quite find where it isMake sure your downloaded CWM & ROM is on external SD (sdcard1). Use Flashify to install the CWM recovery
then reboot into recovery, wipe Data/Factory reset, install the ROM you want.
Here's my J011y Xperi!ment http://androidforums.com/index.php?posts/7093067
That CWM may not be touchscreen usable so use the volume buttons to move the selector and the Pwr button as "enter"
thanksDownload the zip and extract the recovery.img from the zip and use Flashify to install it. No PC needed. Go from there..
No problem, anytime. [emoji41] Just hit the Thanks button in our OP's!thanks
try it, just be careful.. Don't flash more than one thing at a time with a full reboot in between. Always make a backup/Nandroid for "just in case" you mess up too.the new versions link is dead should i use the old?
Looks like it, just make sure it has a .img on the end. Maybe rename to recovery.img also (but not necessary)actually is it this the image file View attachment 99050
it does and i will rename.Looks like it, just make sure it has a .img on the end. Maybe rename to recovery.img also (but not necessary)
Yes, correct. Android/Linux works off of images instead of .exe and .bat files.it says disc image at the end is that right?
